Claims (5)
- 집적상태로 있는 복수의 지엽류 중 최전위 지엽류의 표면에 닿아, 지엽류의 조출을 실행할 때 연속적으로 회전하고, 기체부와, 이 기체부의 외주에서의 원주방향 일부에 형성되어 최전위 지엽류의 축출을 실행하는 고마찰부를 가진 킥커 롤러와,지엽류의 조출을 실행할 때 연속적으로 회전하고, 기체부와, 이 기체부의 외주의 전체 주위에 형성되어 상기 킥커 롤러에 의해 축출된 지엽류의 표면에 닿아 당해 지엽류의 조출을 실행하는 고마찰부를 가진 피드 롤러와,상기 피드 롤러에 대해 압접하도록 설치되어, 당해 피드 롤러에 의해 조출되는 지엽류를 1매씩 분리하는 게이트부를 이 피드 롤러와의 사이에서 구성하되, 상기 피드 롤러와의 사이에 지엽류가 없는 경우에는 당해 피드 롤러의 회전에 따라서 돌게 되는 압접 롤러를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 지엽류 조출장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 최전위의 지엽류을 향해 자유로이 진퇴할 수 있게 설치되어, 진출시에는 상기 최전위의 지엽류를 압압해서 이 지엽류의 상기 킥커 롤러와의 접촉을 끊고, 퇴거시에는 상기 최전위의 지엽류를 상기 킥커 롤러에 접촉시키는 스토퍼부재와,상기 킥커 롤러와 동기해서 회전하되, 적어도 상기 최전위의 지엽류에 대해 상기 킥커 롤러의 고마찰부가 접촉을 개시하는 축출 개시 타이밍으로부터 당해 최전위의 지엽류가 축출되어 상기 킥커 롤러의 고마찰부로부터 이간하는 축출 종료 타이밍까지의 사이에는 상기 스토퍼부재를 퇴거시켜 놓고, 상기 축출 종료 타이밍으로부터 다음의 축출 개시 타이밍까지의 사이에는 상기 스토퍼부재를 진출시키는 스토퍼부재 동작 캠을 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 지엽류 조출장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 킥커 롤러는, 그의 외주에, 최선위 지엽류의 축출을 실행하는 고마찰부와, 이 고마찰부보다도 회전방향 직전위치의 폭 방향으로의 한쪽 또는 양쪽의 단부분에만 형성된 홈을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 지엽류 조출장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피드 롤러는, 상기 고마찰부의 한쪽 또는 양쪽의 측방에서 이 고마찰부보다도 직경방향 바깥쪽으로 더 돌출하는 돌출부를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 지엽류 조출장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지엽류를 세워진 상태로 집적하여 하방으로 조출하도록 배치하고, 상기 최전위의 지엽류의 상단을 후방으로 압압해서 이들 지엽류를 세워진 상태로 유지하기 위한 압압부재를 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 지엽류 조출장치.
