Claims (7)
- (i) 티탄(Ti), (ii) 몰리브덴(Mo) 또는 텅스텐(W), (iii) 바나듐(V) 및 (iv) 인(P)의 각 산화물로 이루어진 조성물에 있어서, Ti:(Mo 또는 W): V의 원자비가 85 내지 97.5:2 내지 10:0.5 내지 10이며, P/(Mo 또는 W와 V의 총합) 원자비가 0.5 내지 1.5인 것을 특징으로 하는, 금속 수은(Hg)을 함유하는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매.
- 질소 산화물(NOx) 및 금속 수은(Hg)을 포함하는 배기 가스를 환원제인 암모니아의 존재하에 제 1 항에 기재된 촉매와 접촉시켜서, 배기 가스중의 NOx의 환원 및 금속 수은(Hg)의 산화를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스의 정화 방법.
- 산화 티탄, 몰리브덴 또는 텅스텐 산의 가용성 암모늄염, 가용성 바나듐 화합물, 및 오르토인산(orthophosphoric acid) 또는 인산 암모늄염에 물을 첨가하여서 혼련해서 얻은 페이스트를 금속제 기판에 도포한 후에 상기 기판을 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제 1 항에 기재된 촉매의 제조 방법.

- 화학식 (NH3)3Mo2V3O15로 표시되는 화합물, 및 오르토인산 또는 인산 암모늄염의 수성 혼합물을, 산화티탄을 함유하는 촉매 담체에 함침(含浸)하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제 1 항에 기재된 촉매의 제조방법.
- (i) 티탄(Ti), (ii) 몰리브덴(Mo) 및 텅스텐(W), (iii) 바나듐(V) 및 (iv) 인(P)의 각 산화물로 이루어진 조성물에 있어서, Ti:(Mo 및 W): V의 원자비가 85 내지 97.5:2 내지 10:0.5 내지 10이며, P/(Mo 및 W와 V의 총합) 원자비가 0.5 내지 1.5인 것을 특징으로 하는, 금속 수은(Hg)을 함유하는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매.
- 산화 티탄, 몰리브덴 및 텅스텐 산의 가용성 암모늄염, 가용성 바나듐 화합물, 및 오르토인산(orthophosphoric acid) 또는 인산 암모늄염에 물을 첨가하여서 혼련해서 얻은 페이스트를 금속제 기판에 도포한 후에 상기 기판을 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제 6 항에 기재된 촉매의 제조 방법.
