Claims (3)
- 램프 유리관; 및
상기 램프 유리관에 도포되는 것으로, 식물의 광합성에 필요한 청색광, 적색광 및 원적색 광을 발산하는 삼파장 형광체; 를 포함하며,
상기 형광체는 Y2-p-q-z(TRⅢ)p(TRⅣ)q(TRⅤ)zO2S 를 성분식으로 하고,
여기서, p=0.01~0.1, q=0~0.001, z=0~0.0002이고, TRⅢ=유로퓸(europium; Eu), TRⅣ=프라세오디뮴(praseodymium; Pr) 또는 사마륨(samarium; Sm), TRⅤ=프라세오디뮴(praseodymium; Pr) 또는 터븀(terbium; Tb) 인 것을 특징으로 하는 고효율의 식물 재배용 램프. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 청색광을 보강할 수 있도록, 상기 삼파장 형광체와 혼합되어 상기 램프 유리관에 도포되는 청색 형광체를 더 포함하며,
상기 청색 형광체는 Y2-x-y(TRⅠ)x(TRⅡ)ySiO5 를 성분식으로 하고,
여기서, x=0.01~0.1, y=0~0.005이고, TRⅠ=세륨(cerium; Ce), TRⅡ=네오디뮴(neodymium; Nd) 또는 툴륨(thulium; Tm) 인 것을 특징으로 하는 고효율의 식물 재배용 램프. - 삭제
