Description
Claims (1)
- 파이프형상으로 된 밸브몸체(2)의 상ㆍ하측 중앙에 유입관(5)과 배출관(6)이 각각 연결 설치되는 메인밸브(11)가 구비되며, 상기 메인밸브(11)의 측면에는 밸브바디(15)의 내부에 솔레노이드 코일(14)에 의해 작동하는 파일럿스풀이 설치된 파일럿밸브(20)가 브라켓(21a)(21b)에 의해 고정 설치되고, 상기 파일럿밸브(20)의 밸브바디(15)의 외부에는 메인밸브(11)의 유입관(5)과 배출관(6)에 각각 연결되는 공급튜브(16) 및 배출튜브(17)가 각각 연결 설치되는 사방 리버싱밸브에 있어서,상기 메인밸브(11)의 밸브몸체(2)의 전ㆍ후단부에는 전면캡(3)과 후면캡(4)이 밀폐링(3a)(4a)을 개재한 상태로 각각 결합되는 캡체결부(2a)(2b)가 형성되며 밸브몸체(2)의 상ㆍ하면부에는 배관설치용 상·하측평면부(2c)(2d)가 형성되고,상기 메인밸브(11)의 밸브몸체(2)의 내부에는 상ㆍ하측에 상부스위치홈(10a)과 하부스위치홈(10b)이 각각 오목하게 형성되고 상부스위치홈(10a)과 하부스위치홈(10b)에는 유동통로(10c)(10d)가 각각 관통 형성되며 후단부에는 구동기어부(9)가 형성된 유로조정용 리버싱로터(10)가 삽입 설치되고,상기 메인밸브(11)의 후면캡(4)의 상부에는 내부에 한 쌍의 피스톤(12a)(12b)이 삽입 설치되며 상기 피스톤(12a)(12b)사이에는 래크기어부(12)가 형성되는 로터구동용 실린더(13)가 고정 설치되고,상기 파일럿밸브(20)의 밸브바디(15)의 외부에는 로터구동용 실린더(13)의 양측에 연결되는 제 1전환튜브(18)와 제 2전환튜브(19)가 각각 연결 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사방 리버싱밸브.
