Abstract
Description
상기 화학식 4의 화합물은 하기 화학식 5의 화합물과 하기 화학식 6의 화합물을 CuCl(OH)-TMEDA(Tetramethylethylenediamine)를 사용하여 반응시키는 방법에 의해 제조될 수 있다.

- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, n 및 m은 0이며; R1은 메틸 또는 에틸인 것을 특징으로 하는 화학식 1의 화합물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 광학적으로 순수하고 (S)형으로 존재하는 화학식 1의 화합물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 광학적으로 순수하고 (R)형으로 존재하는 화학식 1의 화합물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, n 및 m은 0이며; R2는 메틸인 것을 특징으로 하는 화학식 1의 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 4의 화합물을 환원시키는 단계 전에, 상기 화학식 4의 화합물을 가수분해하여 2,2'-디히드록시-3-바이나프톨산을 얻고, 이를 징코니딘(cinchonidine)으로 분리(resolution)하여 광학적으로 순수한 형태로 제조하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화학식 1의 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1의 화합물이 광학적으로 순수하고 (S)형으로 존재하는 화학식 1의 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1의 화합물이 광학적으로 순수하고 (R)형으로 존재하는 화학식 1의 화합물의 제조방법.
