Abstract
Description
액정패널을 내부에 안착하고, 밑면에는 소정수의 돌기가 형성된 커버 바텀과;
상기 커버 바텀의 밑면에 배치되며, 상기 액정패널에 구동 신호를 공급하는 인쇄회로기판과;
상기 커버 바텀에 형성된 소정수의 돌기와 체결되도록 소정수의 홈이 형성되고, 상기 인쇄회로기판을 고정시키는 쉴드 커버를 포함하며,
상기 돌기는 중앙 영역이 오픈된 구조로 형성되고, 상기 쉴드 커버의 홈의 하측에는 상기 고정되는 인쇄회로기판 방향으로 돌출된 누름 구조가 형성되어 상기 커버 바텀에 형성된 돌기의 오픈된 영역에 체결되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
여기서, 상기 커버 바텀의 밑면에 형성된 돌기와 상기 쉴드 커버에 형성된 홈은 상기 인쇄회로기판이 고정시키기 위해 상기 돌기와 대응되는 쉴드 커버의 측면에 복수개 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
따라서, 상기 커버 바텀(420)에 형성된 돌기(421)는 중앙이 오픈된 구조로 형성되어 있어, 상기 돌기(421)는 쉴드 커버(430)에 형성된 홈(431)에 삽입된 다음, 상기 홈(431)의 하측에 상기 인쇄회로기판(410) 방향으로 돌출된 누름 구조(432)에 의해 체결된다.
즉, 상기 홈(431)의 하측에 형성된 누름 구조(432)가 상기 커버 바텀(420) 상에 형성된 돌기(421)의 오픈 영역에 삽입되면서 체결되는 구조를 갖는다.
Claims (6)
- 액정패널을 내부에 안착하고, 밑면에는 소정수의 돌기가 형성된 커버 바텀과;상기 커버 바텀의 밑면에 배치되며, 상기 액정패널에 구동 신호를 공급하는 인쇄회로기판과;상기 커버 바텀에 형성된 소정수의 돌기와 체결되도록 소정수의 홈이 형성되고, 상기 인쇄회로기판을 고정시키는 쉴드 커버를 포함하며,상기 돌기는 중앙 영역이 오픈된 구조로 형성되고, 상기 쉴드 커버의 홈의 하측에는 상기 고정되는 인쇄회로기판 방향으로 돌출된 누름 구조가 형성되어 상기 커버 바텀에 형성된 돌기의 오픈된 영역에 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하고,상기 쉴드 커버의 측면부에는 ㄷ 자형으로 밴딩처리되어 있고, 상기 쉴드 커버의 측면부의 ㄷ 자형은 안쪽으로 밴딩처리되며,상기 측면부의 ㄷ 자형은 상기 쉴드 커버의 홈과 커버 바텀의 돌기가 체결되어 고정된 상태에서 상기 인쇄회로기판과 접촉하여 눌러 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 모듈.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 커버 바텀의 밑면에 형성된 돌기와 상기 쉴드 커버에 형성된 홈은 상기 인쇄회로기판이 고정시키기 위해 상기 돌기와 대응되는 쉴드 커버의 측면에 복수개 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 모듈.
