Abstract
따라서 본원은 황토와 규사를 적절히 배합시켜 투수성과 자연 친화성이 강화되고 자전거 전용도로에서 요구하는 일정 압축강도를 확보하기 위한 수단으로, 포틀랜드시멘트 9.8-11.2 중량%, 황토 18.4-19.6 중량%, 규사 57.0-60.0 중량%, 칼슘 설포 알루미네이트 2.0-2.5 중량%, 석고 2.3-2.9 중량%, 소석회 1.1-1.4 중량%를 혼합한 혼합물과 수용성 수지 0.02-0.04 중량%와 물 5.4-5.9 중량%를 혼합한 혼합물을 상호 혼합하고 현장 타설함으로 공극률 18±0.5이며, 투수계수 (4.0±0.5)×10-1㎝/s 이며, 휨강도 4.0±0.5 N/㎟ (3일)/4.7±0.5 N/㎟ (7일)이고, 압축강도 26±1 N/㎟ (3일)/30±1 N/㎟ (7일)의 물성을 갖을 투수성 자전거 전용도로 또는 투수성 황토 보행 전용도로를 제공할 수 있다.

Claims (4)
- 자전거 전용도로나 산책로 보행 전용도로로 제공되는 포장재에 있어서,
포틀랜드시멘트 9.8-11.2 중량%, 황토 18.4-19.6 중량%, 규사 57.0-60.0 중량%, 칼슘 설포 알루미네이트 2.0-2.5 중량%, 석고 2.3-2.9 중량%, 소석회 1.1-1.4 중량%를 혼합한 혼합물과 수용성 수지 0.02-0.04 중량%와 물 5.4-5.9 중량%를 혼합한 혼합물을 상호 혼합하고 현장 타설함으로 공극률 18% 이상이고, 투수계수 4.0× 10-1㎝/s 이상의 물성을 갖도록 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투수성 황토 포장재. - 제 1 항에 있어서
상기 황토의 입자 크기는 60-80 mesh 범위로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투수성 황토 포장재. - 제 1 항에 있어서
상기 규사의 입자 크기는 3-12 mesh 범위로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투수성 황토 포장재. - 제 1 항에 있어서
상기 수용성 수지는 스티렌 아크릴산 수지가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투수성 황토 포장재.
