Abstract
Description
본 발명은 통상의 발전설비고장예측 시스템에 본 발명에 따라 설계 제작된 데이터베이스와, 발전설비 각 부품에 대한 고장예측을 위한 알고리즘 및 본 발명을 수행하는데 필요한 제어프로그램이 탑재된 것으로부터 기술된 것이다.
따라서 이에 대한 언급을 생략한다.
도 2는 본 발명에 따라 설계 제작된 발전설비고장예측 시스템에 탑재된 발전설비 각 부품에 대한 고장예측을 위한 알고리즘을 수행하는데 필요한 각 단계별 흐름도를 나타낸 것이다. 각 단계별로 살펴보면, 발전설비 각 부품의 고장 및 정비이력을 조사하고 분석하여 부품별 고장이력에 대한 정보를 찾아내어 데이터베이스에 입력하는 단계를 거치고, 데이터베이스에 입력된 각 부품에 대한 정보를 바탕으로 발전설비 부품의 고장원인별 각 고장년도와 고장건수를 분석하는 단계를 거친다.
Claims (6)
- 베이지안 통계기법을 이용한 발전설비 고장예측 방법에 있어서,부품이 채용된 발전설비의 준공년도, 부품의 고장발생년도, 고장종류, 고장원인 및 조치사항으로 이루어진 발전설비 각 부품의 고장 및 정비이력을 조사 분석하여 부품별 고장이력에 대한 정보를 찾아내어 발전설비고장예측 시스템에 탑재된 데이터베이스에 입력하는 단계;상기 발전설비고장예측 시스템에 탑재된 데이터베이스에 입력된 각 부품별 고장이력에 대한 정보를 바탕으로 발전설비 부품의 고장원인 별 각 고장년도와 고장건수를 분석하는 단계;상기 고장년도와 고장건수의 분석된 결과를 이용하여 발전설비고장예측 시스템에 탑재된 랭크 및 역 랭크 계산모듈에서 랭크 및 역 랭크를 계산하는 단계;상기 랭크 및 역 랭크 계산모듈에서 계산된 역 랭크를 이용하여 조절 랭크와 중앙 랭크를 계산하는 단계;계산된 중앙랭크와 고장년도를 이용하여 발전설비고장예측 시스템에 탑재된 척도모수(α)와 형상모수(β) 결정모듈에서 회귀분석을 수행하여 웨이블 분포함수의 두 인자인 척도모수(α)와 형상모수(β) 값을 연산하는 단계; 및연산된 척도모수와 형상모수를 발전설비고장예측 시스템에 탑재된 웨이블 분포함수에 대입하여 각 부품에 대한 고장예측을 수행하는 단계로 구성된 발전설비 부품고장예측 방법.
- 삭제
- 청구항1에 있어서,상기 척도모수(α)는 고장년도에서 준공년도를 뺀 값에 로그(ln)를 취한 값으로 x 축 값을 구하고,1에서 중앙 랭크를 뺀 후 역수를 취하고, 역수를 취하여 얻은 값에 로그를 취하고, 로그를 취하여 얻은 값에 다시 로그를 취하여 y 값을 구하며,상기 다수의 x 값 및 x 에 대응하는 다수의 y 값으로부터 구한 일차함수의 기울기를 연산하여 획득함을 특징으로 하는 발전설비 고장예측 방법.
- 청구항3에 있어서,상기 형상모수(β)는 y 의 평균값을 α값으로 나누고, 이 값에서 x 의 평균값에서 뺀 값에 지수함수 취하여 획득함을 특징으로 하는 발전설비 고장예측 방법.
- 청구항 1, 청구항 3 및 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 랭크는 한해에 발생한 고장건수(n)가 n=1이면 1이며, 고장건수(n)가 1보다 크면 n/2로 하여 계산함을 특징으로 하는 발전설비 고장예측 방법.
- 청구항 1, 청구항 3 및 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 조절랭크는 역 랭크를 이전조절랭크로 나누고, 나눈 값에 고장건수에 1을 더한 후, 이 값을 역 랭크에 1을 더한 값으로 나누어 계산함을 특징으로 하는 발전설비 고장예측 방법.
