Claims (3)
- 투명 전극이 형성된 하부 기판상에 금속 산화물층을 형성하는 단계;상기 금속 산화물층이 형성된 투명 전극을 염료 용액에 담그고, 투명 전극의 상부와 하부에 각각 제 1,2 외부 전극을 위치시켜 상기 투명 전극에 수직한 방향으로 전계가 형성된 상태에서 염료 흡착 공정을 진행하는 단계;를 포함하고,상기 전계 인가시에 상기 투명 전극이 위치한 하부 방향이 (+)극이 되고, 반대의 상부 방향이 (-)극이 되도록 전계를 인가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응형 태양전지의 제조 방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1,2 외부 전극에 인가되는 전압의 크기는 전극의 크기 및 전극 간의 거리에 따라 다르게 인가되고,인가되는 전압은 500 ~ 2,000V의 직류 고전압인 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응형 태양전지의 제조 방법.
