Claims (5)
- (S1) 지반에 미리 정해진 깊이의 천공홀을 형성하는 단계;(S2) 주입재 분사공을 구비한 주입관을 상기 천공홀 내부에 삽입하는 단계; 및(S3) 비정질 칼슘 알루미네이트를 시멘트 총 중량 대비 5~30 중량% 함유하는 시멘트, 물 및 아크릴레이트계 고분자 가소제를 포함하는 주입재를 상기 주입관의 제1의 분사공을 통해 상기 천공홀 내부로 주입하되, 상기 가소제는 상기 주입관에 구비된 제2의 분사공을 통해 따로 주입하고, 상기 주입공정을 상기 주입관을 천공홀로부터 인발함과 동시에 수행하는 단계;를 포함하는 친환경적 고압 분사 주입 공법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 시멘트의 분말도가 2,800 ~ 7,000 ㎠/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경적 고압 분사 주입 공법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 주입재는 시멘트 100 중량부에 대하여 물 60 ~ 200 중량부 및 가소제 0.05 ~ 3.0 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경적 고압 분사 주입 공법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 아크릴레이트계 고분자 가소제는 아크릴레이트계 고분자를 가소제 총 중량 대비 25 ~ 65 중량% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경적 고압 분사 주입 공법.
