Claims (6)
- 직각을 형성하는 제 1 평면과 제 2 평면을 가지는 설치 기준 지그를 사용하여, 상기 설치 기준 지그 상에, 복수의 허니컴 세그먼트들을 페이스트형의 접합재를 통하여 상기 설치 기준 지그의 제 1 평면과 제 2 평면에 평행한 방향으로 배열하여 미리 결정된 위치들에 설치한 후, 상기 접합재를 건조 및 경화하여 상기 복수의 허니컴 세그먼트들을 함께 접합시키는 허니컴 세그먼트 접합체의 제작 방법으로서,상기 복수의 허니컴 세그먼트들을 상기 미리 결정된 위치들에 연속적으로 설치하는 공정의 적어도 일부에서, 새로운 허니컴 세그먼트를 설치하는 경우에, 이미 설치된 허니컴 세그먼트들이 변위되지 않도록 상기 설치된 허니컴 세그먼트들의 적어도 일부를 가압하여 미리 결정된 위치들에 유지하는 것인 허니컴 세그먼트 접합체의 제작 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 설치된 허니컴 세그먼트들의 적어도 일부를 상기 제 1 평면에 평행한 방향 또는 상기 제 2 평면에 평행한 방향 중 하나 이상의 방향으로부터 가압하여 미리 결정된 위치들에 유지하는 것인 허니컴 세그먼트 접합체의 제작 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 새롭게 설치된 허니컴 세그먼트의 설치 위치로부터 하나의 허니컴 세그먼트만큼 제 1 평면에 가까운 위치 또는 열에 존재하는 설치된 허니컴 세그먼트들 전체를, 상기 제 1 평면에 평행한 방향으로부터 제 2 평면을 향하여 가압하여 상기 미리 결정된 위치들에 유지하는 것인 허니컴 세그먼트 접합체의 제작 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 새롭게 설치된 허니컴 세그먼트의 설치 위치로부터 하나의 허니컴 세그먼트만큼 제 2 평면에 가까운 위치 또는 열에 존재하는 설치된 허니컴 세그먼트들 전체를, 상기 제 2 평면에 평행한 방향으로부터 제 1 평면을 향하여 가압하여 상기 미리 결정된 위치들에 유지하는 것인 허니컴 세그먼트 접합체의 제작 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 인접하는 허니컴 세그먼트들 중 하나의 허니컴 세그먼트의 외벽면에 상기 허니컴 세그먼트들 사이에 미리 결정된 치수를 가지는 공간을 유지하는 스페이서를 부착하고, 상기 스페이서는 대향하는 허니컴 세그먼트의 외벽면과 접촉하여, 스페이서, 스페이서를 부착한 외벽면 및 상기 스페이서와 접촉하는 외벽면을 손상시키지 않는 가압력에 의해 가압되는 것인 허니컴 세그먼트 접합체의 제작 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 인접하는 허니컴 세그먼트들의 양쪽의 외벽면에, 허니컴 세그먼트들 사이에 미리 결정된 치수를 가지는 공간을 각각 유지하는 스페이서들을 부착하고, 상기 스페이서들은 서로 접촉하며, 상기 스페이서들 및 상기 스페이서들을 부착한 외벽면들을 손상시키지 않는 가압력에 의해 가압되는 것인 허니컴 세그먼트 접합체의 제작 방법.
