Description
Claims (13)
- 병렬로 배치된 2개의 유압 모터의 동력을 전달하는 작업 차량의 유압식 동력 전달 장치는,케이스와,상기 케이스 내의 우측 영역 및 좌측 영역에 각각 배치되고 상기 2개의 유압 모터에 각각 연결된 제1 모터 축 및 제2 모터 축과,상기 케이스 내의 상기 제1 모터 축과 상기 제2 모터 축 사이의 영역에 배치된 카운터 축과,출력 축과,상기 제1 모터 축의 동력을 상기 카운터 축을 통해 상기 출력 축에 전달하는 제1 전달 기구와,상기 제2 모터 축의 동력을 상기 출력 축에 전달하는 제2 전달 기구와,상기 카운터 축에 설치되고 상기 제1 모터 축과 상기 출력 축 사이에서 동력을 전달 혹은 차단하는 유압 클러치 장치를 구비하고,상기 카운터 축은 상기 제1 모터 축 및 상기 제2 모터 축으로부터 등거리의 위치에 병렬로 배치되는 유압식 동력 전달 장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카운터 축은 상기 제1 모터 축 및 상기 제2 모터 축보다도 상방에 배치되는 유압식 동력 전달 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 출력 축은 상기 카운터 축의 하방에 배치되는 유압식 동력 전달 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유압 클러치 장치는 유압이 공급되면 동력 전달 상태가 되고, 상기 유압이 공급되지 않으면 동력 차단 상태가 되도록 구성되는 유압식 동력 전달 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 전달 기구는, 상기 제1 모터 축의 동력을 상기 카운터 축에 전달하는 입력측 전달부와, 상기 카운터 축의 동력을 상기 출력 축에 전달하는 출력측 전달부를 갖고, 상기 입력측 전달부와 상기 출력측 전달부는 각각 입력 회전수를 감속하여 출력측에 전달하는 유압식 동력 전달 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 출력 축에 고정된 출력 기어를 더 구비하고,상기 제1 전달 기구는, 상기 제1 모터 축에 고정된 제1 기어와, 상기 카운터 축에 고정된 상기 제1 기어에 맞물리는 입력측 카운터 기어와, 상기 카운터 축에 상대 회전 가능하게 설치되고 상기 출력 축에 맞물리는 출력측 카운터 기어를 갖고,상기 제2 전달 기구는, 상기 제2 모터 축에 고정되고 상기 출력 기어에 맞물리는 제2 기어를 갖고,상기 유압 클러치 장치는, 상기 입력측 카운터 기어와 상기 출력측 카운터 기어 사이에 배치되는 유압식 동력 전달 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 작업 차량을 주차할 때에 사용되는 유압식 파킹 브레이크를 더 구비하고,상기 유압식 파킹 브레이크는 유압이 공급되지 않으면 제동 상태가 되고, 유압이 공급되면 제동 해제 상태가 되도록 구성되는 유압식 동력 전달 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 유압식 파킹 브레이크는 상기 제2 모터 축에 설치되는 유압식 동력 전달 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카운터 축에 형성된 윤활유 공급용 유로를 더 구비하고,상기 윤활유 공급용 유로를 통해 공급된 윤활유는 상기 카운터 축의 회전시에 상기 유압 클러치 장치로부터 비산하는 유압식 동력 전달 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 유압원으로부터 상기 유압 클러치 장치로 공급되는 유압을 제어하는 제어 밸브와,상기 유압원과 상기 제어 밸브 사이에 배치된 릴리프 밸브를 더 구비하고,상기 윤활유는 상기 유압원으로부터 상기 릴리프 밸브를 통해 상기 윤활유 공급용 유로로 공급되는 유압식 동력 전달 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 케이스의 상기 2개의 유압 모터측의 단부면에 있어서, 상기 제1 모터 축을 지지하는 개구의 상방, 및 상기 제2 모터 축을 지지하는 개구의 상방에 각각 형성된 관통 구멍을 더 구비하고, 상기 윤활유는 상기 관통 구멍을 통해 상기 2개의 유압 모터측으로 유입하는 유압식 동력 전달 장치.
- 제1항에 기재된 유압식 동력 전달 장치를 구비하는 작업 차량.
