Claims (7)
- 헤드(100)와 샤프트(200)를 포함하여 구성되는 임플란트 시술용 드릴 비트에 있어서,헤드 중심(5)을 대칭으로 양측에 각각 제1배출면(11)과 제1배출면(11)과 소정 각도를 이루는 제2배출면(12)으로 함몰된 단턱홈(9)을 형성하여, 절삭된 골을 배출하는 배출로(1);헤드 중심(5)을 대칭으로 상기 양측의 제2배출면(12)과 헤드 상단과의 연결부위에 각각 형성되고, 상기 헤드(100)가 회전함에 따라 골을 절삭하는 절삭날(2);상기 제2배출면(12)과 수직인 면 중 종단면상, 헤드 중심(5)을 대칭으로 양측에 각각 상기 헤드 상단의 수평면과 소정 각도를 이루도록 형성된 제1경사면(3); 및헤드 중심(5)을 대칭으로 상기 양측의 제1경사면(3)과 양측의 제1배출면(11)과의 연결부위에, 상기 헤드 상단의 수평면과 제1경사면(3)이 이루는 각도보다 큰 각도를 이루도록 각각 형성된 제2경사면(4);을 포함하며,상기 헤드(100) 또는 상기 샤프트(200)의 외주면에는 절삭된 홀의 깊이를 식별할 수 있도록 적어도 하나 이상의 환형 요철 또는 환형 띠(30)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트 시술용 드릴 비트.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 헤드 외주면(6)의 상부에, 상기 헤드 외주면(6)과 소정의 각을 갖는 테이퍼(7)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트 시술용 드릴 비트.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 배출로(1)는, 상기 제1배출면(11)과 제2배출면(12)이 이루는 각도가 90도이고, 제1배출면(11)의 하부는 점차 좁아져 상기 헤드 외주면(6)과 꼭지점을 이루며 만나는 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트 시술용 드릴 비트.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 배출로(1)는, 상기 제1배출면(11)의 하부가 라운딩 처리된 곡면(20)인 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트 시술용 드릴 비트.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 절삭날(2)은, 헤드 중심(5)에서 상기 헤드 외주면(6) 쪽으로 하향경사각을 이루도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트 시술용 드릴 비트.
- 삭제
- 제 1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 샤프트(200)의 지름에 비해서 동일하거나 또는 확장된 지름을 갖는 상기 헤드(100)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트 시술용 드릴 비트.
