Claims (3)
- 얼라인 마크를 가지는 모 기판에 마스크를 정렬하기 위한 얼라인 장치에 있어서,상기 모 기판 상에 형성될 화소 어레이와 대응하는 패턴이 형성되고 상기 얼라인 마크와 정렬되는 얼라인홀이 형성된 마스크와;상기 마스크를 지지하는 마스크 프레임과;상기 마스크 프레임에 취부되고 상기 얼라인홀과 일치되는 얼라인 라이트가 형성되는 얼라인 마커를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 얼라인 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 얼라인 마커는상기 마스크 프레임과 체결하기 위한 제 1 홀이 형성된 고정부와,상기 고정부로부터 상기 마스크 프레임에 밀착되도록 신장되고, 상기 얼라인 홀과 대응되는 얼라인 라이트가 형성된 신장부와,상기 고정부에 체결되고, 상기 얼라인 라이트에 전원을 공급하기 위한 전원부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 얼라인 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 얼라인 라이트는라이트 에미팅 다이오드인 것을 특징으로 하는 얼라인 장치.
