Claims (10)
- 고정부 및 회전부를 가지며 용적형 회전기계 군에 속하는 베인머시인으로서, 작동유체로서 압축성 또는 비압축성 유체를 이용하는 구동기계 또는 작업기계로서 사용되며, 그 실린더는 베인을 구비한 편심상태로 위치한 로터를 회전시키며 고정형 실린더부 및 회전형 실린더부를 가지며, 그 고정형 실린더부는 작동유체가 실린더 작동실에 유입 및 유출할 수 있도록 하는 반경방향 개구부를 가지며, 회전형 실린더부는 상기 고정형 실린더부의 개구부 또는 케이싱에 견고하게 결합된 롤링 베어링이며, 베인을 구비한 로터를 가지며, 고정형 실린더부 또는 케이싱의 개구부의 개구에 편심상태로 배치된 커버(D)를 가지며, 상기 커버는 편심상태의 개구부를 갖는데, 이 개구부에는 로터(C)가 내부에서 회전하는 베어링이 견고하게 결합되는 베인머시인에 있어서, 상기 베인머시인은 로터(C) 위로 견고히 연장되는 측판(14)을 가지며, 이 측판들은 로터와 함께 동일 축선을 중심으로 동일한 각속도로 회전하며; 하나 이상의 고정형 실린더부(A)를 가지며; 실린더 축선을 중심으로 자유롭게 회전하는 롤링 또는 슬라이딩 베어링인 하나 이상의 회전형 실린더부(B)를 가지며; 베인(F)은 그 상측면(23)에 종방향 및 축방향 홈(24)를 가지며, 원심력의 영향을 받는 평면(23)은 로터의 회전중에 내측링(8) 또는 추가링(10)의 작용면(9)과 접촉하여 이들을 회전시키며, 베인 본체(22)의 측면에는 회전중에 측판(14)과 접촉하는 종방향 및 반경방향 홈(25)이 마련되며; 상기 측판(14)은 상기 커버(D)의 편심개구부 속에서 회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 베인머시인.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 각 고정형 실린더부는 작동실(16)로부터 반경방향 작동유체 취입구(5) 및 반경방향 작동유체 배출구(6)를 가지며; 배출 개시시에 상기 반경방향 작동유체 배출구는 소음을 감소시키기 위한 목적으로 표면 단면이 작고 점차 그 표면 단면이 증대되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베인머시인.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 측판(14)은 상기 로터(C)와 함께 회전하며, 상기 측판은 견고하게 연결시키면서도 로터에서 분리 가능하게 하는 공지의 방식 중의 한 방식으로 상기 로터에 연결될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 베인머시인.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 회전형 실린더부(B)는 상기 베어링 폭보다 큰 폭을 갖는 추가링(10)으로 구현될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 베인머시인.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 베인(F) 상의 상기 종방향 및 축방향 홈(24)의 위치는 고정형 실린더부(A) 및 회전형 실린더부(B)의 분포에 따라서 조정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베인머시인.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 베인머시인은 두 개의 고정형 실린더부(A) 사이에 하나의 회전형 실린더부(B)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 베인머시인.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 베인머시인은 두 개의 고정형 실린더부(A) 사이에 두 개의 회전형 실린더부(B)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 베인머시인.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 베인머시인은 두 개의 고정형 실린더부(A) 사이에 두 개의 회전형 실린더부(B)를 가지며, 상기 측판(14)은 상기 고정형 실린더부(A)의 편심개구부 속에서 회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 베인머시인.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 베인머시인은 두 개의 회전형 실린더부(B) 사이에 하나의 고정형 실린더부(A)를 가지며, 상기 고정형 실린더부는 베인(F)를 구비한 로터(C)가 내부에서 회전하는 편심개구부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 베인머시인.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 베인머시인은 세 개의 회전형 실린더부(B) 사이에 두 개의 고정형 실린더부(A)를 가지며, 상기 회전형 실린더부는 상기 실린더 단부에 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 베인머시인.
