- 탄소(C) 0.08~0.20wt%, 실리콘(Si) 0.0005~1.00wt%, 망간(Mn) 1.50~2.50wt%, 알루미늄(Al) 0.0005~0.10wt%, 니오븀(Nb)과 바나듐(V)과 지르코늄(Zr) 각 0.02~0.10wt%, 크롬(Cr) 0.10~0.50wt%, 보론(B) 0.0005~0.0050wt%, 인(P) 0.05wt% 이하, 황(S) 0.01wt% 이하, 질소(N) 0.01wt% 이하 및 잔부 철(Fe)의 합금조성을 가지는 강슬라브를,1200±50℃의 온도로 재가열하여 균질화 열처리하고, 850~950℃ 온도범위에서 열간압연을 마무리하여 30~100℃/sec의 냉각속도로 상온 ~ 300℃이하의 온도범위까지 냉각한 후 권취하여,미세조직은 마르텐사이트상 50~100vol%, 페라이트상 0~50vol%의 2상조직이고, 인장강도 1180Mpa 이상, 연신율 11%이상의 열연강판을 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 초고강도 열연강판의 제조방법.
