Claims (2)
- 엘리베이터칸,전동기와, 상기 전동기의 회전을 검출하기 위한 인코더를 각각 가지고, 상기 엘리베이터칸을 승강시키는 복수의 권상기, 및상기 권상기를 제어하는 제어 장치를 구비하고,상기 제어 장치는상기 각 전동기의 회전 속도 및 회전시 자극 위치를 추정하는 회전 속도ㆍ회전시 자극 위치 추정부를 가지고,상기 인코더 중 어느 하나가 고장난 상태에서 상기 엘리베이터칸을 주행시키는 경우, 소정의 회전 속도 이하의 저속 영역에서는 정상의 상기 인코더가 마련된 상기 권상기의 상기 전동기만을 구동하고, 소정의 회전 속도보다 고속의 저속외 영역에서는 정상의 상기 인코더가 마련된 상기 권상기의 전동기를 구동시킴과 아울러, 고장난 상기 인코더가 마련된 상기 권상기의 전동기(이하, 고장 인코더측 전동기라 함)를, 상기 회전 속도ㆍ회전시 자극 위치 추정부에 의한 추정값에 기초하여 구동시키는 엘리베이터 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 각 제어 장치는 상기 회전 속도ㆍ회전시 자극 위치 추정부에 의한 회전 속도 추정값으로부터 구한 회전각 속도 ω와, 상기 고장 인코더측 전동기에 흘러드는 전류의 검출값 I와, 상기 고장 인코더측 전동기의 전기자 권선(卷線) 저항 R과, 상기 고장 인코더측 전동기의 전기자 권선쇄교 자속수 최대값 φ로부터, 상기 고장 인코더측 전동기의 회전 중의 유기(誘起) 전압 ωφ와 상기 전기자 권선 저항의 전압 강하 RI를 연산하여, ωφ>RI일 때에 저속외 영역이라고 판정하는 엘리베이터 장치.
