Claims (6)
- EGR 쿨러에 고온, 고압의 공기를 공급하는 열교환기를 포함하는 EGR 쿨러 열사이클 시험장치에 있어서,상기 열교환기는 내화처리된 설치공간부가 내부에 마련되고 상기 설치공간부의 상부에는 내화처리된 배출덕트가 구비되며 개방된 전면부에는 다수의 연결바에 의해 화염유도관이 설치된 본체와,상기 본체의 외둘레를 감싸도록 설치되며 단열재 및 세라믹을 적층하여 구성된 외부케이스와,상기 본체의 설치공간부에 내설되며 직경을 달리하는 제 1, 제 2, 제 3코일부로 구성되고 유입구와 배출구가 상기 본체 및 외부케이스의 외부로 노출된 코일관과,상기 화염유도관에 연결된 상태에서 본체의 전면부에 설치되며 내화재와 세라믹을 적층하여 구성되고 상기 본체의 중앙부에는 버너설치홀이 천공된 내화블록체와,상기 버너설치홀에 삽입된 상태로 내화블록체에 고정설치된 버너와,상기 내화블록체를 감싸도록 본체의 전면부에 고정된 내화벽돌체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 EGR 쿨러 열사이클 시험장치의 열교환기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 본체의 전면부에는 상기 내화벽돌체를 고정하기 위한 제 1고정편과, 상기 연결바를 고정하기 위한 제 2고정편이 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 EGR 쿨러 열사이클 시험장치의 열교환기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 본체의 전면부와, 상기 내화블록체 및 상기 내화벽돌체의 사이에는 열전도를 방지하기 위한 이격공간부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 EGR 쿨러 열사이클 시험장치의 열교환기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 코일관의 유입구는 제 1유입관과 제 2유입관으로 분기되고, 상기 제 1, 제 2, 제 3코일부는 제 1유입관과 제 2유입관을 원통형태로 권취하여 구성되며, 상기 배출구는 제 1유입관과 제 2유입관이 합기되는 구조를 지니되, 분기구를 더 포함하고, 상기 배출구와 상기 분기구에는 폐열 활용을 위한 폐열 열교환기를 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 EGR 쿨러 열사이클 시험장치의 열교환기.
- 제 1항 또는 제 4항에 있어서,상기 제 1, 제 2, 제 3코일부는 제 1코일부의 내경에 제 2코일부와 제 3코일부가 위치하도록 순차적으로 권취하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 EGR 쿨러 열사이클 시험장치의 열교환기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 내화블록체의 내부에는 다수의 강성보강핀이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 EGR 쿨러 열사이클 시험장치의 열교환기.
