Claims (11)
- 수평균 분자량에 대한 중량평균 분자량의 비로 표시되는 분자량 분포가 1.1∼30의 디엔계 고무 100중량부, 실리카 20∼200중량부, 및 양이온성 고분자로 이루어지고, 실리카 1g에 대한 톨루엔에 불용인 고무 성분의 양이 0.2∼1g인 것을 특징으로 하는 디엔계 고무 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 실리카의 세틸트리메틸암모늄 브로마이드(CTAB) 흡착법에 의해 측정한 비표면적(단위: m2/g)이 60∼300m2/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 디엔계 고무 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 양이온성 고분자를 실리카 100중량부에 대해 0.1∼7.5중량부의 비율로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디엔계 고무 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 실리카의 세틸트리메틸암모늄 브로마이드(CTAB) 흡착법에 의해 측정한 비표면적(단위; m2/g)이 70∼200m2/g이고, 이 비표면적을 S로 하고, 상기 실리카 100중량부에 대한 상기 양이온성 고분자의 배합량(단위: 중량부)을 c로 했을 때, 상기 양이온성 고분자가 하기 관계식을 만족하도록 배합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디엔계 고무 조성물.27 ≤ (S/c) ≤ 70
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 디엔계 고무 라텍스, 실리카, 및 양이온성 고분자를 혼합하고, 디엔계 고무를 실리카와 함께 응고시켜서 얻어지는 공응고물인 것을 특징으로 하는 디엔계 고무 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 양이온성 고분자의 중량평균 분자량이, 1000∼1,000,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 디엔계 고무 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 디엔계 고무 조성물에 가교제 및 실란 커플링제를 배합하여 이루어진 가교성 디엔계 고무 조성물.
- 제 7 항에 기재된 가교성 디엔계 고무 조성물을 가교하여 이루어진 디엔계 가교 고무.
- 실리카와 양이온성 고분자를 수중에서 혼합하여 수성 분산액을 얻은 후, 이 수성 분산액과 수평균 분자량에 대한 중량평균 분자량의 비로 표시되는 분자량 분포가 1.1∼30의 디엔계 고무 라텍스를 혼합하여 실리카와 고무를 공응고 시킨 후, 공응고물을 탈수, 건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디엔계 고무 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 수성 분산액과 고무 라텍스의 혼합시에 있어서의 pH를 5∼11의 범위내에 유지하면서 공응고를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디엔계 고무 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 공응고를 완결시킬 때의 pH를 5∼8로 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디엔계 고무 조성물의 제조방법.
