도 2는 탈지 공정과 소결 공정이 하나의 퍼니스 내에서 인-시츄(in-situ)하게 이루어지는 공정을 설명하기 위하여 도시한 도면이다.
Claims (10)
- 유치관의 골격을 이루는 지르코니아 또는 알루미나, 사출 성형시 점도를 낮추어 연성을 부여하기 위한 중합체 및 유치와 동일 또는 유사한 색상을 부여하기 위한 조색제를 포함하는 원재료를 혼합하는 단계;
혼합된 원재료에 함유된 중합체가 연성을 갖도록 가열하는 단계;
가열된 원재료를 사출 성형하는 단계;
사출 성형된 사출물에 대하여 취성을 약화시키고 연성이 생기도록 하는 중합체 추출 단계;
중합체 추출에 의해 중합체 중 일부가 추출된 사출물로부터 중합체 성분을 완전히 제거하기 위하여 탈지하는 단계;
기계적 물성을 향상시키기 위하여 중합체가 제거된 탈지체를 소결하는 단계; 및
소결체 외면을 연마하여 광택성을 부여하고 버(Burr)를 제거하기 위하여 바렐 가공하는 단계를 포함하는 세라믹 유치관 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지르코니아 또는 알루미나는 원재료에 대하여 80∼90중량% 함유되고, 상기 중합체는 원재료에 대하여 9∼19중량% 함유되며, 상기 조색제는 원재료에 대하여 0.005∼1중량% 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 유치관 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체는 에틸렌비닐아세테이트, 파라핀왁스, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 및 스테아린산을 포함하는 세라믹 유치관 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌비닐아세테이트는 중합체에 대하여 7∼30중량% 함유되고, 상기 파라핀왁스는 중합체에 대하여 50∼65중량% 함유되며, 상기 저밀도 폴리에틸렌는 중합체에 대하여 15∼35중량% 함유되고, 상기 스테아린산은 중합체에 대하여 1∼5중량% 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 유치관 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조색제는 백색을 나타내는 산화티탄(TiO2), 적색 산화철(Fe2O3) 및 황색 산화철(Fe2O3) 중에서 선택된 적어도 1종 이상의 무기물인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 유치관 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 추출 단계는,
40∼90℃의 온도에서 추출액에서 1∼24시간 교반하여 중합체를 추출하는 단계로 이루어지며, 상기 추출액은 아세톤(acetone), N-메틸피롤리돈 또는 이들의 혼합용제를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 유치관 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탈지하는 단계는,
사출물에 잔류하는 중합체 성분을 태워 제거하기 위하여 800∼1000℃의 온도에서 6∼24시간 동안 열처리하는 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 유치관 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소결은 중합체가 제거된 탈지체를 1200∼1550℃에서 6∼48시간 동안 열처리하는 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 유치관 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탈지하는 단계와 상기 소결하는 단계는 하나의 퍼니스에서 연속적으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 유치관 제조방법.
- 제1항에 기재된 방법을 이용하여 제조된 소아보철을 위한 세라믹 유치관.
