Claims (7)
- 상하방향으로 적층된 복수의 열교환유닛을 포함하고, 각 열교환유닛은 상부 플레이트 및 하부 플레이트의 가장자리가 상호 결합됨으로써 형성되며,상기 상부 플레이트의 가장자리 및 하부 플레이트의 가장자리 각각은 평탄부 및 상기 평탄부에서 절곡된 절곡부가 형성되고,상기 상부 플레이트의 상면 및 하부 플레이트의 저면 각각에는 복수의 융기부 및 복수의 골부분이 연속적으로 형성되며, 상기 상부 플레이트의 상면 및 하부 플레이트의 저면 각각에는 복수의 상부 및 하부 이격돌기가 형성되고, 상기 절곡부의 높이가 상기 상부 및 하부 이격돌기의 높이 보다 짧게 형성되며,상기 각 열교환유닛의 양측에는 서로 이격된 유입통로 및 유출통로가 형성되고, 각 상부 플레이트는 유입통로 및 유출통로의 상부에서 상향으로 돌출되는 상부 플랜지를 가지고, 각 하부 플레이트는 유입통로 및 유출통로의 하부에서 하향으로 돌출되는 하부 플랜지를 가지며,최하측 열교환유닛의 하부 플레이트의 하부 플랜지에는 폐쇄구가 결합되고, 상기 폐쇄구의 중심에는 홈부가 형성되며, 상기 홈부의 주변에는 평탄주변부가 형성되고, 상기 홈부의 측벽은 경사진 구조로 형성되며, 상기 최하측 열교환유닛의 하부 플랜지는 상기 홈부의 측벽에 끼움결합되고, 상기 최하측 열교환유닛의 하부 플레이트는 하부 플랜지의 주변부영역이 평탄주변부와 부분적으로 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플레이트 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 절곡부는 상기 평탄부에 대해 둔각 또는 예각을 이루도록 절곡되고, 상기 상부 플레이트의 절곡부 및 하부 플레이트의 절곡부는 상하 대칭적으로 절곡되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플레이트 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 절곡부는 상기 평탄부에 대해 직각을 이루도록 절곡되며, 상기 상부 플레이트의 절곡부 및 하부 플레이트의 절곡부는 상하 대칭적으로 절곡되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플레이트 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 절곡부는 상기 평탄부의 상면에 절곡된 후에 중첩되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플레이트 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 절곡부는 상기 평탄부에 대해 둔각 또는 예각을 이루도록 절곡되고, 상기 상부 플레이트의 절곡부 및 하부 플레이트의 절곡부는 동일한 방향으로 절곡되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플레이트 열교환기.
