Description
Claims (8)
- 터빈 하우징, 상기 터빈 하우징 내에 설치되고 회전축에 의해 회전 가능하게 지지되는 터빈 휠 및 상기 터빈 하우징과 상기 터빈 휠 사이에 소정 간격으로 배치 되며 위치가 변화될 수 있도록 설치된 복수 개의 가변 베인들을 구비하며,상기 가변 베인은,상기 터빈 하우징에 일측이 회전 가능하게 고정되고 타측은 탄성운동 가능하게 지지된 가변 포일;상기 가변 포일의 일측에 소정의 각도를 이루면서 부착되고 작동 유체의 유동량에 따라 상기 가변 포일의 위치를 변화시키는 포일 제어 수단; 및상기 가변 포일의 탄성운동을 가이드하는 가이드 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 베인형 터빈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 가변 베인은,인접한 가변 베인들 간에 서로 연결하여 움직임이 동시에 이루어질 수 있게 하는 링크를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 베인형 터빈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 가이드 수단은,상기 터빈 하우징에 형성된 가이드 슬롯과, 상기 가변 포일의 일측에 부착되고 상기 가이드 슬롯 내에 삽입되는 가이드 핀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 베인형 터빈.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,일단은 상기 가이드 슬롯 내에 고정되고, 타단은 상기 가이드 핀에 고정되어 상기 가이드 핀에 탄성력을 작용하는 탄성 부재가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 베인형 터빈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 포일 제어 수단은 상기 가변 포일의 일측에 소정의 각도를 이루면서 부착된 제어용 포일인 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 베인형 터빈.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 제어용 포일은 상기 가변 포일에 15도 내지 20도의 각도를 이루면서 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 베인형 터빈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 포일 제어 수단은 상기 가변 포일의 일측에 소정의 각도를 이루면서 부착된 제어용 디퓨저인 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 베인형 터빈.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 제어용 디퓨저는 상기 가변 포일에 15도 내지 20도의 각도를 이루면서 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 베인형 터빈.
