Description
Claims (7)
- 차체와 휠 사이를 연결하고, 에어의 유출입에 의해 상기 차체의 완충과 차고를 조절하는 에어스프링부;상기 에어스프링부로 에어를 유입 또는 유출하는 다기능 레벨링 밸브;상기 차체의 차고 변화를 상기 다기능 레벨링 밸브에 전달하는 링크부;상기 다기능 레벨링 밸브의 에어 유입 또는 유출을 조절하는 밸브 구동부; 및,상기 밸브 구동부의 조절동작을 제어하는 서스펜션 제어부;를 포함하며,상기 다기능 레벨링 벨브는,에어유출입관을 통해 상기 에어스프링부로 에어를 유입하는 유입관 및 상기 에어스프링부로부터 에어를 유출하는 유출관을 포함하는 밸브체;상기 밸브체에 인접하게 배치되어 상기 밸브체를 이동가능하게 상기 차체에 고정하는 고정부재; 및상기 링크부로부터 전달되는 차고변화에 대응하여 상하이동하며, 상기 상하이동에 의해 상기 유입관과 상기 유출관을 상하로 이동시켜, 상기 유입관과 상기 유출관 중 하나와 상기 에어유출입관이 연결되도록 하는 스풀;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차고 조절이 용이한 하이브리드 에어 서스펜션.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 링크부는 상기 차고 변화를 기계적으로 상기 다기능 레벨링 밸브로 전달하고,상기 다기능 레벨링 밸브는 상기 차고 변화에 기계적으로 대응하여 에어를 유입 또는 유출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차고 조절이 용이한 하이브리드 에어 서스펜션.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 서스펜션 제어부는 상기 밸브 구동부를 전자적으로 제어하며,상기 밸브 구동부는 상기 다기능 레벨링 밸브의 에어 유입 또는 유출 동작을 기계적으로 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차고 조절이 용이한 하이브리드 에어 서스펜션.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 밸브 구동부는,상기 고정부재내에 설치되며 정역구동 가능한 구동모터;상기 구동모터의 축에 설치된 피니언;상기 밸브체의 일측 외벽에 상기 피니언과 맞물리도록 설치된 랙;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차고 조절이 용이한 하이브리드 에어 서스펜션.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 차체의 속도, 높이, 방향 중 적어도 어느 하나를 감지하도록 상기 차체에 설치된 적어도 하나의 센서;를 더 포함하며,상기 서스펜션 제어부는, 상기 센서로부터의 감지결과에 따라 상기 구동모터의 정역 구동을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차고 조절이 용이한 하이브리드 에어 서스펜션.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 서스펜션 제어부는, 유저 인터페이스부를 통한 탑승자의 선택에 따라 상기 구동모터의 정역 구동을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차고 조절이 용이한 하이브리드 에어 서스펜션.
