- 삭제
- 전동기 회전자의 슬롯 설계 단계에 있어서,우선 로그인을 한 후 입력부를 통하여 데이터부에 전동기 회전자의 타입을 입력하는 단계,상기 입력된 회전자의 타입을 데이터부에서 검색하는 단계,미리 입력이 되어 있어 검색이 되는 전동기 회전자에 대해서는 검색된 데이터를 사용하도록 하는 단계,새로운 타입의 전동기 회전자일 경우 슬롯 단면 부위별 치수를 입력시키는 단계,상기 입력된 치수를 사용하여 슬롯의 단면적과 슬롯 단면 둘레를 계산하는 단계,계산이 완료되면 치수 및 계산 완료된 수치를 가지고 수식1 을 통하여 응고계수를 계산하는 단계,상기와 같이 계산에 의해 구해진 응고계수를 실측 및 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통하여 구해진 임계 응고계수와 비교하는 단계,임계 응고계수보다 계산된 응고계수가 클 경우 다이캐스팅이 가능하므로 데이터부에 저장하고, 임계 응고계수보다 계산된 응고계수가 작을 경우 다이캐스팅이 불가능하므로 다시 슬롯 단면 부위별 치수를 재 입력하도록 하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이캐스팅 전동기 회전자 슬롯 설계방법.[수식1]응고계수(M) = 슬롯 단면적 / 슬롯 단면 둘레
