Description
Claims (21)
- 원동기, 좌석 구조물, 적어도 두 개의 도로용 바퀴, 및 흘수선이 정해진 선체를 갖는 수륙양용 차량으로서, 두 개의 도로용 바퀴들은 적어도 주 샤프트(primary shaft) 및 각 주 샤프트와 각 바퀴 사이에 있는 중간 샤프트를 거쳐 원동기에 의해 구동되도록 각각 배치되고, 각 중간 샤프트는 각 단부에 관절꺽음가능한 토크 전달 조인트를 가져서 도로용 바퀴들의 각 피구동 바퀴가 낮은, 지면과 닿는 위치로부터 차량의 흘수선 위에 있는 높은 위치로 상향이동되는 것을 가능하게 하며, 상기 각 피구동 바퀴는 중간 현가장치 부재에 회전가능하게 장착되고, 중간 현가장치 부재는 상측 현가장치 부재와 하측 현가장치 부재 사이에 배치되되 상측 현가장치 부재 및 하측 현가장치 부재에 장착되며, 상기 하측 현가장치 부재는 그 피구동 바퀴가 높은 위치에 있을 때 차량의 선체에 있는 좁은 요부 내에 수용되고, 상기 중간 샤프트는 차량의 선체와 중간 현가장치 부재 사이에 장착된 가둠 수단(cage means)에 의해 가두어져서 바퀴들이 회전 또는 제동될 때 중간 현가장치 부재에의 비틀림 힘을 견디는 것을 특징으로 하는, 수륙양용 차량.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 가둠 수단은 적어도 주로 중간 샤프트를 둘러싸고 있는 튜브인, 수륙양용 차량.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 가둠 수단은 하측 현가장치 부재인, 수륙양용 차량.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 선체에 있는 요부의 폭은 차량의 종방향으로 도로용 바퀴의 반경보다 작은, 수륙양용 차량.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상측 현가장치 부재는 차량의 몸체에 피봇가능하게 장착된 위시본(wishbone)인, 수륙양용 차량.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 위시본은 서로에 대해 실질적으로 평행한 두 개의 암(arm)들을 포함하는, 수륙양용 차량.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 선체는 활수(planing)를 위하여 구성된, 수륙양용 차량.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 토크 전달 조인트들은 유니버셜 결합체들(universal couplings)인, 수륙양용 차량.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,유니버셜 결합체들은 정속 조인트들인, 수륙양용 차량.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 정속 조인트들은 고정된 내측 조인트 및 운동(plunging)하는 외측 조인트로 구성되는, 수륙양용 차량.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,각 도로용 바퀴의 회전축은 바퀴들이 들여졌을 때 수평으로부터 적어도 30도에 있는, 수륙양용 차량.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,각 도로용 바퀴의 회전축은 바퀴들이 들여졌을 때 수평으로부터 적어도 40도에 있는, 수륙양용 차량.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,각 도로용 바퀴를 위한 스프링 및 댐퍼 유닛들은 상측 및 하측 현가장치 부재들로부터 이격되되 상측 및 하측 현가장치 부재들에 링크연결되도록 장착된, 수륙양용 차량.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,각 도로용 바퀴를 위한 스프링 및 댐퍼 유닛들은 차량의 방수된 내부 격실 내에 장착된, 수륙양용 차량.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 도로용 바퀴들을 위한 현가장치 들임(retraction) 및 내밈(protraction)용 액튜에이터(actuator)는 상측 및 하측 현가장치 부재들로부터 이격되되 상측 및 하측 현가장치 부재들에 링크연결되도록 장착된, 수륙양용 차량.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 도로용 바퀴들을 위한 현가장치 들임 및 내밈 수단들은 차량의 방수된 내부 격실 내에 장착된, 수륙양용 차량.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 현가장치 들임 및 내밈용 액튜에이터는 피봇가능한 암에 링크연결되고, 암의 양측 단부에는 스프링들과 댐퍼들이 장착된, 수륙양용 차량.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 좌석 구조물은 차량의 종방향 축을 따라서 또는 그에 평행하게 정렬된, 수륙양용 차량.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 원동기는 차량의 종방향 축을 따라서 또는 그에 평행하게 정렬된, 수륙양용 차량.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 가둠 수단은 물의 침입에 대하여 밀봉된, 수륙양용 차량.
