Claims (8)
- 둘 또는 그 이상의 판상형 전지셀들이 순차적으로 적층되어 있는 중대형 전지모듈로서, 상기 전지셀의 적층체는 전지셀들 사이에 부가된 1 쌍의 양면 접착 테이프에 의해 결합되어 있고, 상기 양면 접착 테이프들 사이에 열전도 부재가 위치하며, 적어도 한 쌍의 전지셀들 사이에는 열전도성의 부재('열전도 부재')가 개재되어 있고, 전지셀 적층체의 일측에는 방열을 위한 부재('방열 부재')가 위치하며, 상기 열전도 부재는 방열 부재에 연결되어 있고, 상기 전지셀 적층체는 전극단자들이 일측을 향하도록 배향되어 있으며, 상기 전극단자의 대향측에 방열 부재가 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 판상형 전지셀은 수지층 및 금속층을 포함하는 라미네이트 시트의 전지케이스에 전극조립체가 내장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열전도 부재는 금속 소재, 카본 소재, 또는 세라믹 소재의 판재인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 방열 부재는 전지셀의 폭과 전지셀 적층체의 높이에 대응하는 크기를 가진 본체와, 상기 본체의 외측 방향으로 형성된 다수의 방열 핀들로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열전도 부재의 일측 단부에는 상기 열전도 부재의 폭에 대응하는 체결부가 형성되어 있고, 상기 방열 부재에는 상기 체결부에 대응하는 체결홈이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열전도 부재와 방열 부재는 방열 부재에 대한 열전도 부재의 접촉 계면적을 크게 할 수 있도록 열전도성 접착제 또는 열전도성 테이프를 이용하여 연결되는 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열전도 부재는 양면 접착 테이프와 동일한 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
