- 일정크기의 입도를 가지는 EVA분말과 천연코르크 분말을 각각 접착체가 채워진 배합기에 넣어서 각각의 분말의 표면에 접착제를 피복시킨 다음 건조시켜 얻어진 EVA 분말과 천연코르크 분말을 7:3 내지 6:4의 중량비로 혼합기에 넣어 균일하게 혼합하여 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 EVA발포체 조성물.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 EVA분말은 그 입도가 0.1 내지 3.0 ㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 EVA발포체 조성물.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 천연코르크 분말은 그 입도가 0.1 내지 4.0 ㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는EVA발포체 조성물.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 조성물에 첨가제로 참숯분말, 허브분말 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종을 더 첨가하며, 그 첨가량은 상기 조성물 100중량부에 대하여 1 ~ 5 중량부를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 EVA 발포체 조성물.
- EVA와 천연코르크를 일정크기의 입도를 가지도록 분쇄한 EVA분말과 코르크분말을 준비하는 단계;상기 EVA분말과 천연코르크분말을 각각 접착제가 채워진 배합기에 넣고 배합시켜 표면에 접착제를 피복시키는 단계;상기 접착제가 피복된 EVA분말과 천연코르크 분말을 상온에서 건조하는 단계; 및상기 EVA분말과 천연코르크 분말을 7:3 내지 6:4의 중량비로 혼합기에 넣어 균일하게 혼합시키는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 EVA발포체 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 EVA분말은 그 입도가 0.1 내지 3.0 ㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 EVA발포체 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 천연코르크 분말은 그 입도가 0.1 내지 4.0 ㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는EVA발포체 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 조성물에 첨가제로 참숯분말, 허브분말 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종을 더 첨가하며, 그 첨가량은 상기 조성물 100중량부에 대하여 1 ~ 5 중량부를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 EVA발포체 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항 기재의 EVA발포체 조성물을 일정 금형형상에 채워 넣고, 유압기로 온도 100℃ ~ 200℃의 열을 가하여 3 ~ 20분간 가교시켜 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 EVA발포체 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 10 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항 기재의 제조방법에 의해 제조되는 EVA발포체 조성물을 일정 금형형상에 채워 넣고, 유압기로 온도 100℃ ~ 200℃의 열을 가하여 3 ~ 20분간 가교시켜 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 EVA발포체 조성물의 제조방법.
