Description
Claims (10)
- a) 물과 평균 입경이 1 ~ 900nm인 석회석, 실리카, 점토에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 나노입자를 포함한 나노입자 슬러리에 메틸이소부틸카비놀(Methyl Isobutyl Carbinol), 프로필렌글리콜(Polypropylene glycol), 파인오일(Pine Oil)로부터 선택된 하나 또는 둘 이상의 기포제를 첨가하여 교반하고, 공기 버블링 시킨 후 필터링하여 나노입자 크림을 얻는 단계; 및
b) 상기 나노입자 크림을 건조하여 수분 제거하는 단계;
를 포함하여 압축강도가 10kgf/㎠이하이므로 해쇄, 재분산이 가능하고, 건식상태로 저장 운송이 가능한 나노입자 다공체의 제조방법. - 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 b)단계에서 건조는 상압 열풍 건조인 해쇄, 재분산이 가능한 나노입자 다공체의 제조방법. - 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 열풍은 60 ~ 105℃의 공기인 해쇄, 재분산이 가능한 나노입자 다공체의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 a)단계에서 공기 버블링 시 나노입자 슬러리의 나노입자 주변에 형성된 공기방울의 지름은 0.001 내지 1mm인 해쇄, 재분산이 가능한 나노입자 다공체의 제조방법. - 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 공기방울의 지름은 0.01 내지 0.3mm인 해쇄, 재분산이 가능한 나노입자 다공체의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 a)단계에서 나노입자 슬러리는 나노입자 100중량부에 대하여, 물 100 내지 300중량부, 기포제 0.2 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 해쇄, 재분산이 가능한 나노입자 다공체의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 a)단계에서 필터링은 물층과 나노입자층으로 분리 된 후 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 해쇄, 재분산이 가능한 나노입자 다공체의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 a) 단계에서 공기 버블링은 산기관을 통해 나노입자 슬러리 하부에서 유입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 해쇄, 재분산이 가능한 나노입자 다공체의 제조방법. - 제 1항, 제 3항 내지 제 9항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 나노입자 다공체의 밀도는 0.3 ~ 0.5g/㎤인 해쇄, 재분산이 가능한 나노입자 다공체의 제조방법.
