Claims (7)
- 상호 밀착 및 이격 가능하게 다이캐스팅 성형기에 결합되어 사용되며, 상호 밀착시에 용융금속이 유입되어 금속제품이 성형될 캐비티를 형성하는 제1금형 및 제2금형을 구비하는 다이캐스팅 금형에 있어서,상기 제1금형에 마련된 제1나사부;상기 제1금형의 제1나사부에 체결 가능한 제2나사부를 가지며, 회전 가능하게 상기 제2금형에 결합되는 나사부재;상기 제1금형과 제2금형간의 밀착력 강화를 위하여, 상기 제1금형과 제2금형의 밀착시에 상기 나사부재를, 상기 제2나사부가 상기 제1나사부에 체결되도록 회전시키기 위한 회전수단; 및상기 나사부재를 상기 제1나사부에 접근하는 방향으로 탄성 바이어스시키는 스프링;을 포함하며,상기 나사부재는, 상기 제1금형과 제2금형이 밀착되는 과정에서, 상기 제1나사부에 의해, 상기 제1나사부에 대해 이격되는 방향으로 눌려서 이동되도록 배치되고,상기 스프링은, 상기 나사부재가 상기 제1나사부에 의해 눌려서 이동될 때, 그 나사부재에 의해 눌려서 탄성변형되도록 배치되며,상기 회전수단은, 상기 제2금형에 설치되어 상기 나사부재에 동력적으로 연결되어 있는 모터를 포함하며,상기 제1금형과 제2금형은, 상기 제1나사부에 대한 상기 제2나사부의 체결상태가 해제된 후, 상호 이격될 수 있도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다이캐스팅 금형.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1금형에는 상기 제1나사부와 동일축선상에 배치된 위치결정구멍이 형성되어 있으며,상기 제2금형의 나사부재에는, 상기 제1금형과 제2금형의 밀착시에 상기 제1 금형의 위치결정구멍에 끼워져서 상기 제1금형과 제2금형간의 밀착위치결정을 행하는 위치결정돌출부가 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이캐스팅 금형.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2금형에는 위치결정구멍이 형성되어 있으며,상기 제1금형에는, 상기 제1금형과 제2금형의 밀착시에 상기 제2금형의 위치결정구멍에 끼워져서 상기 제1금형과 제2금형간의 밀착위치결정을 행하는 위치결정돌출부가 마련되어 있으며,상기 위치결정돌출부와 상기 제1나사부는 동일축선상에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이캐스팅 금형.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1나사부는 암나사부이며,상기 제2나사부는 수나사부인 것을 특징으로 하는 다이캐스팅 금형.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1나사부는 수나사부이며,상기 제2나사부는 암나사부인 것을 특징으로 하는 다이캐스팅 금형.
