- 적어도 복수 개의 코어를 적층결합하여 완성된 코어를 형성하고, 상기 완성된 코어를 적어도 복수 개 배열결합한 뒤, 상기 배열결합된 코어의 레그 및 요크에 저압 권선 및 고압 권선을 결합하여 제작하는 아몰퍼스 변압기의 제조방법에 있어서,폭과 크기를 달리하는 원형 코어를 각각 제작하는 단계;상기 원형으로 제작된 코어를 각각 성형하는 단계;상기 성형된 코어의 자화 및 열처리단계;상기 자화 및 열처리를 거친 코어의 제1몰딩단계;상기 몰딩된 코어의 검사단계;상기 검사단계를 거쳐 폭과 크기를 달리하는 각각의 코어를 적층결합하는 단계;상기 적층결합단계를 통해 완성된 코어의 코너 부분을 몰딩하는 제2몰딩단계;상기 완성된 코어를 복수 개 배열결합하는 단계; 및상기 배열결합된 코어에 저압 권선과 고압 권선을 결합하여 변압기를 완성하 는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지며,상기 배열결합단계에서 상기 완성된 코어 간에 상호 접면되어 형성되는 코어의 레그 및 요크 중 적어도 하나는 접면을 기준으로 폭과 크기가 작아지는 것을 특징으로 하는 아몰퍼스 변압기의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 적층결합단계는,제1코어를 조립수단에 올려놓는 단계;상기 제1코어에 외접하도록 제2코어를 결합시키는 단계;상기 제2코어에 외접하도록 제3코어를 결합시키는 단계; 및상기 제3코어에 외접하도록 제4코어를 결합시키는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지며,내측에 위치하는 코어가 외측에 위치하는 코어보다 폭과 크기가 작게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아몰퍼스 변압기의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 적층결합단계는,제1코어를 조립수단에 올려놓는 단계;상기 제1코어에 내접하도록 제2코어를 결합시키는 단계;상기 제2코어에 내접하도록 제3코어를 결합시키는 단계; 및상기 제3코어에 내접하도록 제4코어를 결합시키는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지며,외측에 위치하는 코어가 내측에 위치하는 코어보다 폭과 크기가 작게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아몰퍼스 변압기의 제조방법.
