Claims (3)
- 폴리부틸 아디페이트디올, 1,4-부탄디올 및 4,4-메틸렌디페닐 디이소시아네이트를 반응시켜 얻어진 열가소성 폴리우레탄 및 산화방지제를 혼합하여 준비된 열가소성 수지 조성물을 용융시키는 단계;상기 용융된 열가소성 수지 조성물을 도체 상에 피복하는 단계; 및상기 열가소성 수지 조성물이 피복된 도체를 냉각시키는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 열가소성 폴리우레탄의 중량평균분자량은 200,000 내지 500,000이고, 상기 폴리부틸 아디페이트디올, 1,4-부탄디올 및 4,4-메틸렌디페닐 디이소시아네이트의 몰비는 1:2:3 내지 1:0.5:1.5 인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물을 이용한 전선 피복 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전선은 이어폰 또는 헤드폰에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물을 이용한 전선 피복 방법.
