Claims (2)
- 진공포장용기의 공기를 흡입하여 진공으로 만들기 위하여 접촉부와 가이드의 접촉단자삽입홀에 삽입되는 접촉단자가 접촉하여 진공동작을 하고 공기배출공을 통하여 공기를 배출하며 진공이 완료되면 접촉부와 접촉단자가 떨어져서 진공동작이 멈추게 되는 진공압력스위치부를 내장한 진공흡입기에 있어서,상기 가이드(301)에 삽입되는 접촉단자(305)와 접촉하는 접촉부(307)는 스위치(308) 상부의 접점부고정돌기(309)에 고정되고, 스위치의 하부에는 스위치스프링(310)과 슬라이드(311) 및 스위치커버(312)가 일체로 구비되면서 스위치커버가 가이드 하부에 내장되어 결합하여 연동하며, 스위치커버를 관통하여 슬라이드에는 진공흡입노즐(130)의 샤프트(131)가 접촉하고, 샤프트가 상승하여 슬라이드를 상부로 밀어 올리면 스위치스프링의 탄성력에 의하여 스위치와 접촉부가 상부로 올라가서 접촉단자와 접촉(ON)하여 진공이 시작되며, 일정 진공압력이상이 되면 진공부(314)에 부압이 발생하여 스위치와 접촉부가 하강하게 되어 접촉단자와 떨어(OFF)지게 되어 진공흡입기(100)의 동작이 멈추게 하는 진공압력스위치부(300)가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동형 진공흡입기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 가이드(301)에 삽입되는 스위치(308)와 접촉부(307)의 상부에는 푸쉬스위치(306) 구비되어 진공차단시 스위치의 하강을 도와주는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동형 진공흡입기.
