Claims (5)
- 공급 통로를 통해서 토출압 영역의 냉매가 제어압실로 공급되는 동시에, 배출 통로를 통해서 상기 제어압실의 냉매가 흡입압 영역으로 배출되어 상기 제어압실 내의 압력 조절이 행하여지고, 상기 제어압실 내의 압역 조절에 의해서 토출 용량이 제어되고, 상기 배출 통로는 제 1 배출 통로와 제 2 배출 통로로 이루어지고, 상기 제 1 배출 통로는 상기 제어압실과 상기 흡입압 영역을 항상 연통시키는 상시 개방 통로인 가변 용량형 압축기에서의 용량 제어 기구에 있어서,상기 공급 통로의 통로 단면적을 조정하는 제 1 제어 밸브와,상기 제 2 배출 통로를 개폐하는 밸브체, 및 상기 제 2 배출 통로를 폐쇄하는 폐쇄 위치로부터 상기 제 2 배출 통로를 개방하는 개방 위치를 향하여 상기 밸브체를 가압하는 개방 밸브 스프링을 구비하는 제 2 제어 밸브를 구비하고,상기 제 1 제어 밸브가 개방 상태일 때에는 상기 제 2 제어 밸브의 밸브체가 상기 폐쇄 위치에 있고, 상기 제 1 제어 밸브가 폐쇄 상태일 때에는 상기 제 2 제어 밸브의 밸브체가 상기 개방 위치에 있고, 상기 제 2 제어 밸브의 밸브체가 상기 폐쇄 위치에 있을 때에는 상기 제 2 제어 밸브의 밸브체는 상기 흡입압 영역의 압력에 의해서 상기 폐쇄 위치로부터 상기 개방 위치를 향하여 가압되고,상기 제 1 제어 밸브와 상기 제어압실 사이의 상기 공급 통로에는 역지 밸브가 개재되어 있는, 가변 용량형 압축기에서의 용량 제어 기구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 제어 밸브는 상기 밸브체를 수용하는 밸브 하 우징을 구비하고, 상기 밸브체는 상기 밸브 하우징 내를 배압실과 유통실로 구획하고, 상기 유통실은 상기 제 2 배출 통로에 연통되어 있고, 상기 배압실은 상기 제 1 제어 밸브보다 하류의 상기 공급 통로에 연통되어 있고, 상기 유통실과 상기 흡입압 영역은 상기 밸브 하우징에 형성된 통구를 통해서 연통해 있는 가변 용량형 압축기에서의 용량 제어 기구.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 배출 통로는 상기 유통실을 형성하는 밸브 시트에 개구하는 스로틀 통로를 구비하고, 상기 제 2 제어 밸브의 밸브체는 상기 밸브 시트에 접촉 및 분리하여 상기 스로틀 통로를 개폐하는 접촉/분리부와, 상기 밸브 하우징에 슬라이딩 가능하게 끼워진 슬라이딩부를 구비하는 가변 용량형 압축기에서의 용량 제어 기구.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 역지 밸브는 상기 제 2 제어 밸브의 밸브체가 상기 개방 위치측으로부터 상기 폐쇄 위치로 이행한 후에 개방 상태가 되는 가변 용량형 압축기에서의 용량 제어 기구.
