도 4는 본 발명에 따른 조명장치의 조립과정을 도시한다. 도 2 및 도 3과 관련된 설명을 참조하여 설명한다.
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 조명장치의 렌즈유닛을 도시한다.
도 6은 본 발명에 따른 조명장치의 반사부재를 도시한다.
도 7은 본 발명에 따른 조명장치의 단면도를 도시한다.

Claims (13)
- 복수 개의 LED 소자가 장착되는 LED 모듈;
상기 LED 소자 방향으로 돌출된 복수 개의 집광렌즈가 구비되는 렌즈유닛;
상기 LED 모듈 하부에 구비된 히트싱크; 및,
상기 LED 모듈 및 상기 렌즈유닛 사이에 구비되고, 각각의 상기 LED 소자가 노출되는 복수 개의 LED 홀 및 각각의 LED 홀을 구획하는 구획부를 구비하며, 상기 구획부는 상기 렌즈유닛을 향해 돌출된 돌출 구획부 및 상기 돌출 구획부를 연결하는 평면 구획부를 구비하는 반사부재;를 포함하는 조명장치. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 집광렌즈는 복수 개의 동심원 형태로 형성되고, 상기 돌출 구획부는 상기 동심원 형태로 형성된 집광렌즈 사이의 안착홈 방향으로 돌출된 것을 특징으로 하는 조명장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
각각의 집광렌즈의 단부는 함몰되어 상기 LED 소자에서 제공되는 빛이 입사되는 함몰부를 구비하며, 상기 함몰부의 주변은 경사면을 형성하고, 복수 개의 상기 집광렌즈의 함몰부는 복수 개의 상기 LED 소자와 마주보는 위치에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 반사부재의 돌출 구획부는 복수 개의 동심원 형태로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 돌출 구획부의 외측면은 상기 집광렌즈의 경사면에 대응되는 경사를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 돌출 구획부는 '∧' 단면 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 렌즈유닛 및 상기 LED 모듈 중 어느 하나에 부품의 조립시 위치결정을 위한 위치결정바를 구비하고, 상기 렌즈유닛 및 상기 LED 모듈 중 다른 하나와 상기 반사부재에 상기 위치결정바가 삽입되는 위치결정홀이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명장치. - 제8에 있어서,
상기 위치결정바는 상기 렌즈유닛의 배면에 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명장치. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 위치결정바는 상기 렌즈유닛의 배면 중 집광렌즈 이외의 영역에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명장치. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 렌즈유닛의 테두리를 지지한 상태로 상기 히트싱크와 체결되는 커버링;을 포함하는 조명장치. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 커버링 배면에 적어도 1개 이상의 체결보스가 구비되며, 상기 커버링은 상기 히트싱크에 형성된 체결홀을 통해 체결부재에 의하여 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명장치. - 복수 개의 LED 소자가 장착되는 LED 모듈;
상기 LED 소자 방향으로 돌출된 복수 개의 집광렌즈가 구비되는 렌즈유닛;
상기 LED 모듈 하부에 구비된 히트싱크; 및,
상기 LED 모듈 및 상기 렌즈유닛 사이에 구비되고, 각각의 상기 LED 소자가 노출되는 복수 개의 LED 홀 및 각각의 LED 홀을 구획하는 구획부를 구비하는 반사부재;를 포함하며,
상기 구획부는 상기 렌즈유닛을 향해 돌출된 돌출 구획부를 포함하고, 상기 집광렌즈는 복수 개의 동심원 형태로 구성되고, 상기 돌출 구획부는 상기 동심원 형태의 집광렌즈 사이의 안착홈에 배치되는 조명장치.
