Claims (9)
- 엘이디 소자를 가지는 엘이디 모듈;
상기 엘이디 모듈이 구비되는 히트싱크;
상기 엘이디 모듈에서 조사되는 빛을 정의된 조사영역으로 유도하기 위한 집광렌즈와, 상기 집광렌즈의 둘레에 구비되는 윈도우를 가지는 렌즈유닛과;
상기 렌즈유닛에 구비되며, 다수의 단위 마이크로렌즈를 가지는 마이크로렌즈 어레이를 포함하며,
엘로우 링을 방지하기 위하여, 상기 단위 마이크로렌즈의 형상은 인접한 마이크로렌즈 사이의 공극을 없앨 수 있는 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 조명장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단위 마이크로렌즈들은 서로 선접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 조명장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로렌즈의 형상은 다각형인 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 조명장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로렌즈는 육각돔 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 조명장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로렌즈의 크기는 소정 크기 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 조명장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로렌즈의 크기는 1.2mm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 조명장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 마이크로렌즈의 크기는 0.7 - 1.2mm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 조명장치.
- 엘이디 모듈에서 조사되는 빛을 정의된 조사영역으로 유도하기 위한 집광렌즈와 상기 집광렌즈의 둘레에 구비되는 윈도우를 가지는 렌즈유닛과, 상기 렌즈유닛에 구비되며 다수의 마이크로렌즈를 가지는 마이크로렌즈 어레이를 포함하는 엘이디 조명장치에 있어서,
엘로우 링을 방지하기 위하여, 상기 마이크로렌즈와 인접한 마이크로렌즈 사이의 공극을 없앨 수 있도록 상기 마이크로렌즈의 형상을 결정하는 단계를 포함하는 엘이디 조명장치의 제조방법. - 제8항에 있어서, 빛을 광 경로차를 없애도록, 상기 마이크로렌즈의 크기를 결정하는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 엘이디 조명장치의 제조방법.
