Claims (2)
- 상부 페라이트 기판과 하부 페라이트 기판 사이에 위치한 공진기;상기 공진기의 외곽에 상호 동일한 각도로 형성되는 3개의 임피던스 확장 및 대역폭 전송 선로;상기 각 선로 끝단에 각각 연결되어 외부회로와 신호가 연결되는 신호 입출력 단자; 및상기 선로 사이의 상기 공진기 외곽에 형성되어 신호의 입력과 출력 사이에 위상변위를 발생시켜 삽입손실을 줄이는 불연속부 스트립라인을 포함하고,상기 선로는 상기 공진기에 회로와 접지 사이의 커패시턴스를 형성하기 위해 서로 동일한 각도로 중심을 향하도록 불연속부 스텝 스트립라인으로 구성되며,상기 불연속부 스트립라인의 폭과 길이는 조절 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는아이솔레이터/써큘레이터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 불연속부 스텝 스트립라인은 폭과 길이가 조절 가능하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는아이솔레이터/써큘레이터.
