Claims (13)
- LED 램프, LED용 기판, 제1 전극 및 제2 전극을 포함하는 전구 베이스부;상기 전구 베이스부에 접합되고 상기 LED 램프를 외측으로부터 감싸는 유리 벌브부;상기 LED 램프의 상방으로 설치되고, 상기 LED 램프로부터 출사된 광을 굴절 및 전반사하도록 형성된 광굴절 광학부를 포함하고,상기 광굴절 광학부는, 종방향을 따라 길죽한 원통형상으로 이루어지고, 복수개의 립부가 적층된 몸통부와, 상기 LED 램프의 결합 돌기부와 결합되는 투명재질의 결합부를 포함하고,상기 LED로부터 출사된 광은 상기 광굴절 광학부를 통과함에 따라 광굴절 광학부로의 입사 각도에 따라 광굴절되고, 광굴절된 광 중 상기 립부의 굴절 임계 각도를 초과한 광이 상기 립부에 의해 LED 하방으로 전반사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 벌브형 LED 램프 전구.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전구 베이스부는, 상기 LED 램프를 보호하기 위해 상기 LED 램프를 감싸며 형성된 투명재질로 만들어진 반구 형상의 보호부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 벌브형 LED 램프 전구.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 전구 베이스부는, 상기 보호부의 외측으로 돌출하여 형성된 결합돌기부를 더 포함하고, 상기 결합돌기부에는 절단부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 벌브형 LED 램프 전구.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 광굴절 광학부의 몸통부의 상단은 LED 램프의 광축으로부터 10도 이내의 광을 굴절시키도록 하방으로 오목한 형태의 오목면을 갖고, 상기 결합부의 하단은 상기 보호부의 형상에 대응하여 상방으로 볼록한 형태로 이루어지고, 상기 결합부의 하단에는 홈부가 형성되어 있으며, 상기 홈부는 상기 절단부와 함께 에어홀을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 벌브형 LED 램프 전구.

- 제4항에 있어서,상기 광굴절 광학부는 아크릴로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 벌브형 LED 램프 전구.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 복수의 립부는 각각 일정 간격을 두고 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 벌브형 LED 램프 전구.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 립부는 LED 램프의 광축에 수직한 수평면과의 경사각도가 -45도 보다 크고 0도 보다 크게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 벌브형 LED 램프 전구.
- 벌브형 LED 전구의 상방에 설치되어 LED로부터 출사된 광을 굴절 및 전반사하도록 형성된 광굴절 광학부로서,상기 광굴절 광학부는, 종방향을 따라 길죽한 원통형상으로 이루어지고, 복수개의 립부가 적층된 투명재질의 몸통부와, 상기 LED 램프와의 결합을 위한 투명재질의 결합부를 포함하고,상기 LED로부터 출사된 광은 상기 광굴절 광학부를 통과함에 따라 광굴절 광학부로의 입사 각도에 따라 광굴절되고, 광굴절된 광 중 상기 립부의 굴절 임계 각도를 초과한 광이 상기 립부에 의해 LED 하방으로 전반사되고,상기 몸통부의 상단은 LED 램프의 광축으로부터 10도 이내의 광을 굴절시키도록 하방으로 오목한 형태의 오목면을 갖고, 상기 결합부의 하단은 LED가 결합부의 하단에 위치되도록 상방으로 볼록한 형태로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 벌브형 LED 램프용 광굴절 광학부.

- 제9항에 있어서,상기 광굴절 광학부는 아크릴로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 벌브형 LED 램프용 광굴절 광학부.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 복수의 립부는 각각 일정 간격을 두고 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 벌브형 LED 램프용 광굴절 광학부.
