Claims (5)
- 차압 급유에 의해 압축기구부로 오일을 공급하기 위한 급유 파이프와, 상기압축기구부를 구동하는 전동기부와, 상기 전동기부와 상기 급유 파이프의 흡입 단부와의 사이에 설치되고, 스로틀과 오일 통로를 가지는 제 1 칸막이판을 구비한 가로형 밀폐식 압축기에 있어서,상기 전동기부와 상기 압축기구부의 사이에 설치된 제 2 칸막이판을 구비하고,상기 제 2 칸막이판은 상기 가로형 밀폐식 압축기의 당해 윗쪽에 스로틀을 가짐과 동시에, 당해 아래쪽에 상기 전동기부와 상기 압축기구부를 연통하는 하부 오일 통로를 가지고,상기 스로틀은 상기 제 1 칸막이판의 스로틀보다 완만하고, 상기 하부 오일 통로는 상기 제 1 칸막이판의 오일 통로보다 높은 위치에 개구되어 있는 가로형 밀폐식 압축기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 압축기에 외력이 가해지지 않고, 수평으로 놓여진 상태에서 운전되고 있는 경우에는, 상기 제 2 칸막이판을 사이에 두고 오일면의 높이가 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 가로형 밀폐식 압축기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 2 칸막이판의 하부 오일 통로는 중심으로 갈수록 가로방향의 길이가 감소하는 부채꼴과 같은 형상으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 가로형 밀폐식 압축기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 2 칸막이판의 하부 오일 통로의 개구면적은, 상기 제 1 칸막이판의 오일 통로의 개구면적보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 가로형 밀폐식 압축기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 1 칸막이판의 스로틀보다, 상기 제 2 칸막이판의 스로틀쪽이, 면적이 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 가로형 밀폐식 압축기.
