- 생감의 껍질을 깎아낸 즉시 프로폴리스 액상 추출물의 물 희석액에 2-5분간 침지하여 감 내부 및 표면에 프로폴리스를 흡수·도포시키는 단계;금가루를 도포하는 단계;25~30일간 자연건조시키는 단계; 및냉동실에 보관하는 단계;로 이루어지는,프로폴리스 액상 추출액을 함유하고 금가루가 도포된 곶감의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,프로폴리스 액상 추출물의 희석액은, 프로폴리스 원괴를 70~80%의 발효주정에 넣고 교반한 후 여과하여 프로폴리스의 액상 추출물을 얻은 다음, 이 액상 추출 물을 물에 희석하되 프로플리스 액상 추출물 대 물의 중량비가 1:150~200이 되도록 함으로써 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는,프로폴리스 액상 추출액을 함유하고 금가루가 도포된 곶감의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,프로폴리스의 액상 추출물은 플라보노이드를 1중량% 함유한 것으로 하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는,프로폴리스 액상 추출액을 함유하고 금가루가 도포된 곶감의 제조방법.
- 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,금가루를 도포하는 단계는, 원하는 브랜드나 로고 또는 마크의 모양대로 파내진 판을 대고 거기에 금가루를 뿌린 후 판을 제거함으로써, 그 파내진 부위에만 금가루가 도포되게 하여 원하는 브랜드나 로고 또는 마크의 모양대로 금가루가 도포되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는,프로폴리스 액상 추출액을 함유하고 금가루가 도포된 곶감의 제조방법.
- 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,금가루를 도포하는 단계는, 원하는 브랜드나 로고 또는 마크의 모양이 금박으로 새겨진 판박이 또는 스티커를 이용하여 도포되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는,프로폴리스 액상 추출액을 함유하고 금가루가 도포된 곶감의 제조방법.
- 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조되는,프로폴리스 액상 추출액을 함유하고 금가루가 도포된 곶감.
