Description

직선형 절취특성을 갖는 파우치 및 제조방법 그리고 그 파우치 제조장치{POUCH HAVING THE LINETYPE CUTING FEATURE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD AND POUCH MANUFACTURING DEVICE}Pouch with manufacturing method and manufacturing method of the pouch having a straight cut feature {POUCH HAVING THE LINETYPE CUTING FEATURE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD AND POUCH MANUFACTURING DEVICE}

The present invention relates to a pouch for packaging the contents requiring long-term preservation from moisture or oxygen, and in particular, a pouch having a straight line cutting property and a straight line cutting property to form a smooth cutting line along a prescribed straight line cutting line. Method and a pouch manufacturing apparatus.

The primary purpose of packaging is to protect and preserve the contents. In particular, for products whose storage properties are influenced by moisture and oxygen, it is necessary to use a packaging material which is excellent in water vapor and gas barrier properties, and to ensure a reliable seal to seal and seal the container.

However, in addition to the protection function, the simplicity of taking out the contents, that is, easy opening, is also a very important function of the packaging.

Heat seal soft packaging pouches such as food / pharmaceutical pouches, pillow pouches, or stick packaging pouches using laminate packaging mainly composed of plastic films are widely used in the packaging field because they can exhibit various packaging functions required for a product.

The laminate film is basically composed of a base film, a barrier layer and a sealant film, and is umbilized and filled sealed according to the packaging process, but in general, the umbilical film and the sealing are performed by heat seals.

The sealing of the heat seal soft packaging pouch requires a uniform and reliable seal so that the protection of the contents can be sufficiently maintained as described above, but it tends to be difficult to simply peel off the top seal when taking out the contents. For this reason, an easy cut function is required as an opening means in most soft packaging pouches.

What is generally done as an easy opening means of a heat seal soft packaging pouch is a method of inserting a cut indicative of a tear start point (notch) at an opening position. When the tear initiation point, that is, the notch is formed, the cut is easy to start due to the notch. There is a problem of being torn into irregular and unsatisfactory patterns.

As a remedy for this, a method of cutting a hole at a predetermined interval along the cutting line through laser processing to cut the cutting part smoothly and smoothly when opening is used, but in this case, due to the perforated holes Pouches can easily be broken even in small external pressures such as small impacts and squeezing, and are used mainly for small pouches for packing powder products such as disposable coffee and seasonings.

The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is a pouch and manufacturing method having a straight cut property that can ensure easy cutability even when the tear direction is irregular according to the characteristics of the substrate, that is, the film constituting the pouch, and the pouch manufacture It is to provide a device.

Another technical problem to be solved by the present invention is a pouch and a manufacturing method which can be smoothly cut along a defined straight cutting line even when the force at the point of the cut starts to act out of the direction specified. The present invention provides a pouch manufacturing apparatus.

As a technical means for solving the above problems, the present invention is a packaging material for packaging contents requiring long-term preservation from moisture or oxygen, based on a synthetic resin sheet of the front sheet and the back sheet of two sheets, tearing in the opening position Provided is a pouch having a notch indicative of a starting point, and having a straight cut feature, with a plurality of cutout grooves extending straight along the opening position from the notch, with cutout lines spaced at regular intervals.

Here, the front sheet and the rear sheet, the surface protective layer is laminated on the base film consisting of a reinforcing layer and a heat-adhesive resin layer, the cut groove is formed on one surface of the base film in the direction of bonding with the surface protective layer It features.

In addition, the cutting grooves are formed at least two or more at regular intervals in the vertical direction, so that even if the tearing force of the pouch is shifted from the designated direction during cutting, the cutting grooves have a nearly straight cutting pattern along another neighboring cutting groove in cutting. Here, the adhesive applying unit may be a configuration in which a portion of the adhesive coating roller is rotatably exposed to the outside in the receiving portion containing the adhesive.

The chamber has an inlet and an outlet in which a surface-protective layer coated with an adhesive on a rear surface thereof can be continuously passed in a horizontal direction, and a plurality of hot air spray nozzles sprayed with hot air for drying the adhesive therein are provided in a constant separation pattern. It may be an installed configuration.

In addition, the shape processing factory includes a shape processing roller having a shape processing surface of a fine concavo-convex pattern on the circumferential surface and a roller that rotates in engagement with the shape processing roller, and the shape processing roller is moved as a cylinder and a linear guide interlocking with the cylinder. At this time, the width (W) of the concave-convex pattern formed on the shape processing roller, in consideration of the interval between the above-mentioned cutting groove to be shape-processed in the pouch, it is good to configure so as to be formed at intervals of about 0.1mm ~ 2mm.

Preferably, the sheet manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention may further comprise a cooling roller for cooling the large area sheet made by the adhesion of the surface protective layer and the base film while passing through the laminating treatment.

According to the pouch according to the present invention, easy cutability is ensured even when the tear direction is irregular depending on the characteristics of the substrate, that is, the film constituting the pouch. Even if it is shifted, the cutting can always be performed smoothly along the defined straight cutting line. In other words, the cutting property is good and the direction of tearing is also regular, thereby preventing the contents from being spilled outwardly or being present in a messy form around the opening due to unsealable opening in the opening process.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Looking at the pouch according to an embodiment of the present invention with reference to Figures 1 to 3, the pouch is a packaging material for the contents packaging that requires long-term storage from moisture or oxygen, the front sheet and the back sheet two sheets of synthetic resin sheet A cutout formed in the opening position, having a notch 5 indicating a tear start point at the opening position, wherein a plurality of cutting grooves 40 continuous in a straight line along the opening position are spaced at regular intervals from the notch 5. It consists of a configuration having a line (4).

In the present invention, the front sheet and the rear sheet has a configuration in which the surface protective layer 10 is laminated on the base film 25 including the reinforcing layer 20 and the heat adhesive resin layer 30, and the surface protective layer 10. ), The reinforcing layer 20 and the heat-adhesive resin layer 30 are mutually bonded in the form of an adhesive layer therebetween through laminating through the application of adhesive.

The surface protective layer 10 performs a barrier function to protect the contents from moisture penetration and oxygen permeation, and the thermal adhesive resin layer 30 is for ensuring hygiene of the package contents. In addition, the reinforcing layer 20 imparts characteristics such as securing fracture strength and heat resistance and cold resistance when the pouch serves as a packaging material, and particularly, provides easy cutability at the time when the pouch is torn.

The surface protective layer 10 is a polyester film (PET FILM 'PET) having excellent transparency, heat resistance, high tensile strength, excellent dimensional stability, impermeability, moisture resistance, water resistance, and chemical resistance suitable for packaging and metallization. Film is suitable), and the heat-adhesive resin layer 30 is a uniform and very hygienic film, which is a non-stretched film or polyethylene film (PE film) widely used as a material for flexible packaging such as food packaging. Can be used.

The reinforcing layer 20 is a material made of nylon alone or suitable for providing tear direction and easy cutability in opening the pouch while excellent in heat resistance, cold resistance, and breaking strength, as in the embodiment of FIG. As in other embodiments, a synthetic film having aluminum thin films deposited on a nylon surface may be used as a material.

In forming the cutting grooves 40 in the front and rear sheets mainly composed of the above-mentioned materials, the cutting grooves 40 may be formed of a heat-adhesive resin layer 30 on a nylon film or a nylon composite film forming the reinforcing layer 20. It is preferable to form in the base film 25 which the unstretched film which forms () is joined. Specifically, it is good to form on one surface of the reinforcing layer 20 of the base film 20 located in the direction connecting with the surface protection layer 10.

If the surface protection layer 10, the reinforcing layer 20, the heat-adhesive resin layer 30 is bonded to the surface protective layer 10 by forming the cut groove 40 in the state of completing the sheet, the surface protection layer 10 This is because the film of the PET film composing the) may be damaged.

In other words, in the case of PET film, silica (SILICA) and alumina (ALUMINA) are deposited on the film to inhibit moisture and oxygen permeation so that the contents (mainly food or medicine) can be stored for a long time, thus cutting groove 40 When an external pressure such as tension / shock such as molding is applied, the film of the deposition layer by silica (SILICA) and alumina (ALUMINA) is damaged, and as a result, water resistance and barrier property are lost, and the function as a packaging material is lost.

Even when forming the cutout groove 40 in the base film 25 for the same reason, it is preferable that at least two cutout grooves 40 are formed at regular intervals in the vertical direction. This is because the direction of the tearing force of the pouch during the cutting process is not constant, so that even if the first tear is slightly deviated from the starting cutting groove 40, the cutting pattern close to the straight line can be maintained by another adjacent cutting groove 40. , The interval of the cutting groove 40 for this is suitable about 0.1mm ~ 2mm.

According to the pouch of the present invention, a plurality of cutting grooves 40 continuous in a straight line along the opening position of the pouch are formed at regular intervals to form a cutting line 4, that is, the substrate constituting the pouch, According to the characteristics of the film, even if the tear direction is irregular, easy cutability is ensured, and even if the force at the point of starting the cut acts out of the specified direction, the cut is always defined as shown in FIG. Smooth cutting along the cutting line 4 can be achieved.

Next, a pouch manufacturing method according to an embodiment of the present invention having the above configuration will be described.

The process for manufacturing the pouch, as shown in Figure 5, manufacturing the base film, applying and drying the adhesive on the surface protective layer, cut groove processing, bonding the base film and the surface protective layer, sealing a large area sheet, and the sealing treatment It consists of a six-step process, such as large area sheet cutting and notch formation.

Step by step, first, the step of manufacturing the base film 25 by bonding the reinforcing layer 20 and the heat-adhesive resin layer 30, the reinforcing layer 20 as described above, while having excellent heat resistance and cold resistance as described above In opening, a material made of nylon alone or a synthetic film in which aluminum thin films are deposited on the surface of nylon is used as a material, and the heat-sealing resin layer 30 is a flexible packaging material. It is widely used as a material and is made of very hygienic unstretched or polyethylene film.

Bonding of the reinforcement layer 20 and the heat-adhesive resin layer 30 in the above process, in the state in which the adhesive layer 15 is formed by applying and drying the adhesive to the reinforcement layer 20 or the heat-adhesive resin layer 30, Bonding may be implemented by laminating (LAMINATE) processing to pass the crimping roller in a state where the reinforcing layer 20 and the heat-adhesive resin layer 30 are brought back together, thereby implementing interlayer contact. If the bonding can be implemented without damaging the thermal bonding resin layer 30 can be applied without being bound to a specific bonding method.

The surface protective layer 10 for bonding to the base film 25 to form a large area sheet is printed on the surface of the contents information (logo, contents photograph, cooking method, etc.) and then adhesive is applied to the back surface thereof. Is applied and formed by hot air drying using the drying chamber 30.

The adhesive application in the above process is continued while the back surface of the surface protective layer 10 moves in contact with the surface of the adhesive coating roller 204, which is partially exposed to the receiving portion 202 containing the adhesive. It is preferable to make an application in general, and the adhesive drying continuously passes the surface protection layer 10 through the chamber 300 having the inlet 302 and the outlet 304 and the hot air is injected therein. It is good to make it dry.

The following is a process of forming a cutting line 4 by processing a straight cutting groove 40 at a predetermined interval on the substrate film 25 produced through the above process, in this process of the form shown in Figs. Using the shape processing apparatus 500 (the detailed description will be described later), the cutting line 4 is continuously formed in the place of the base film 25, which becomes the opening position of the pouch, and the cutting line 4 is formed. The spacing between the cutting grooves is preferably about 0.1mm ~ 2mm.

The base film 25 and the surface protection layer 10 produced through the above process are bonded to each other through a lamination process, thereby forming a large area of the front sheet and the rear sheet. In FIG. 5, reference numeral 720 denotes a winding roller in which a large-area front sheet is wound.
