Claims (5)
- 하기 화학식 1의 화합물과 α,β-불포화 알데히드를 벤젠 또는 자일렌 환류 하에서 촉매로 디에틸렌디아민 디아세테이트(EDDA)를 이용하여 도미노 알돌형 반응 및 6π-전자고리화 반응에 의해 화학식 2 또는 화학식 3의 화합물을 합성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피라노스틸벤 화합물의 합성방법:[화학식 1][화학식 2][화학식 3]상기 화학식 1 내지 화학식 3에 있어서,R1, R2 및 R3는 각각 수소; 히드록시; C1-C4의 알콕시; 또는 트리이소프로필실릴옥시(TIPSO), 메톡시메틸(MOM), 메톡시에톡시메틸(MEM), 트리알킬실릴, 트리페 닐메틸(트리틸) 및 tert-부톡시카르보닐(t-BOC)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 보호기 중에서 선택된 어느 하나이며,R4, R5 및 R6는 수소; C1-C4 알킬; 벤젠; 4,8-디메틸노나-3,7-디에닐; 이소프로페닐; 또는 4-메틸펜트-3-에닐에서 선택된 어느 하나임.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1의 화합물은 피노실빈, (E)-3,5-디히드록시-2',4'-디(트리이소프로필실릴옥시)스틸벤 및 (E)-3,5-디히드록시-3',4'-디(트리이소프로필실릴옥시)스틸벤으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 피라노스틸벤 화합물의 합성방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 (E)-3,5-디히드록시-2',4'-디(트리이소프로필실릴옥시)스틸벤 또는 (E)-3,5-디히드록시-3',4'-디(트리이소프로필실릴옥시)스틸벤은 (i) 알데히드를 보호기로 보호한 후, 환원제로 환원하여 보호된 벤질알코올을 얻는 단계; (ii) 상기 벤질알코올을 요오드 화합물과 반응시켜 벤질요오드화물을 얻는 단계; (iii) 상기 벤질요오드화물을 포스파이트와 반응시켜 포스포네이트를 얻는 단계; (iv) 상기 포스포네이트와 벤즈알데히드 간의 Horner-Wadsworth-Emmons 반응에 의해 트랜스-스틸렌을 얻는 단계; 및 (v) 상기 트랜스-스틸렌을 농염산과 반응시켜 탈보호하는 단계를 거쳐 합성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피라노스틸벤 화합물의 합성방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 α,β-불포화 알데히드는 크로톤알데히드, 트랜스-시남알데히드, 트랜스-파네살, 1-시클로헥센-1-카르복스알데히드, (-)-페릴알데히드, 3-메틸-2-부테날 및 시트랄로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 피라노스틸벤 화합물의 합성방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 2 또는 화학식 3의 화합물은 2-메틸-7-(E)-스티릴-2H-크로멘-5-올, (E)-2-페닐-7-스티릴-2H-크로멘-5-올, 2-[(3E)-(4,8-디메틸노나-3,7-디에닐)-2-메틸-7-(E)-스티릴-2H-크로멘-5-올, 2,3,4,4a-테트라히드로-6-(E)-스티릴-1H-크산텐-8-올, (3S)-3-이소프로페닐-6-2,3,4,4a-테트라히드로-6-(E)-스티릴-1H-크산텐-8-올, 아토카르벤(artocarbene) 및 파우후스킨B(pawhuskin B)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 피라노스틸벤 화합물의 합성방법.
