Claims (13)
- 지르코늄 화합물, 망간 화합물, 코발트 화합물 및 브롬 화합물의 존재 하에, 물과 포화 카르복시산의 혼합 용매 내의 디메틸벤젠을 산소 함유 기체로 액상 산화시키는 단계를 포함하는 벤젠디카르복시산의 제조 방법으로서,상기 브롬 화합물은 이에 포함된 브롬 원소의 농도가 상기 혼합 용매에 대해 10 내지 750ppm으로 되도록 공급되는 벤젠디카르복시산의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합 용매는 7 내지 50 중량%의 물을 포함하는 벤젠디카르복시산의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 포화 카르복시산은 탄소수 1 내지 6의 선형 포화 카르복시산을 포함하는 벤젠디카르복시산의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 산소 함유 기체는 불활성 기체 중에 10 내지 95 부피%의 산소를 포함하는 벤젠디카르복시산의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 산소 함유 기체는 상기 디메틸벤젠 1몰에 대해 산소 분자의 3 내지 100몰의 몰비로 되도록 공급되는 벤젠디카르복시산의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 액산 산화 반응은 170~220℃의 온도 및 10~50 bar의 압력 하에서 진행되는 벤젠디카르복시산의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 코발트 화합물 또는 망간 화합물은 코발트 또는 망간을 함유한 산화물, 유기산염, 무기산염, 할로겐화물 또는 중합체인 벤젠디카르복시산의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 코발트 화합물 또는 망간 화합물은 각각 이에 포함된 코발트 또는 망간의 농도가 상기 혼합 용매에 대해 10 내지 2500ppm으로 되도록 공급되는 벤젠디카르복시산의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 지르코늄 화합물은 산화 지르코늄, 인산 지르코늄, 규산 지르코늄, 사염화 지르코늄, 초산 지르코늄, 질화 지르코늄 및 탄화 지르코늄으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 벤젠디카르복시산의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 지르코늄 화합물은 이에 포함된 지르코늄의 농도가 상기 혼합 용매에 대해 10 내지 1000ppm으로 되도록 공급되는 벤젠디카르복시산의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 브롬 화합물은 브롬산, 코발트 브로마이드, 망간 브로마이드, 브롬 아세트산, 브롬화 암모늄, 브롬화 칼륨, 브롬화 나트륨 및 브로모 안트라센으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 벤젠디카르복시산의 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 디메틸벤젠, 혼합 용매 및 생성물인 벤젠디카르복시산의 반응기 내 체류 시간은 10 내지 120분인 벤젠디카르복시산의 제조 방법.
