Abstract
본 발명에 따른 섬유제품은 섬유제품을 구성하는 원사 전부 또는 일부가 상기 열융착섬유로 구성되어 난연성, 차광성 및 열융착성이 동시에 우수하다.
그로 인해 본 발명은 안막용 롤 브라인더 제조에 특히 유용하다.
Description
상기 2성분 폴리머(A,B)들 중 하나의 폴리머(A)와 나머지 폴리머(B) 사이의 용융온도 차이는 30~120℃이다.

Claims (9)
- 2성분 폴리머(A,B)들이 서로 복합된 단면 구조를 갖고, 상기 2성분 폴리머 중 하나의 폴리머 내에는 난연제와 유색 첨가제가 동시에 함유되어 있으며, 상기 2성분 폴리머 중 나머지 하나의 폴리머 내에는 난연제와 유색 첨가제가 동시에 함유되거나 난연제 및 유색 첨가제 중 1종만 함유되어 있고, 상기 2성분 폴리머(A,B)들중 하나의 폴리머(A)와 나머지 하나의 폴리머(B) 사이의 용융온도 차이가 30~120℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 및 차광성이 우수한 열융착 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2성분 폴리머는 폴리에스테르 수지, 나일론 수지 및 폴리프로필렌 수지 중에서 용융온도가 상이한 조합의 동일계 폴리머이거나, 용융온도가 상이한 조합의 이성질계 폴리머로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 및 차광성이 우수한 열융착 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유색첨가제는 카본블랙, 유색안료 및 유색안료와 카본블랙의 혼합물 중에서 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 및 차광성이 우수한 열융착 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열융착 섬유의 단면 구조는 2성분 폴리머(A,B)들이 시스-코어(Sheath-core) 형태 및 사이드 바이 사이드(Side by Side) 형태 중에서 선택된 하나의 형태로 복합된 단면 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 및 차광성이 우수한 열융착 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열융착 섬유의 총섬도는 10~1,000데니어 이고, 단사섬도 1~10데니어인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 및 차광성이 우수한 열융착 섬유.
- 제1항의 열융착 섬유만으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유제품.
- 삭제
- 제1항의 열융착 섬유와 1성분 폴리머로 이루어진 합성섬유로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유제품.
- 제6항 또는 제8항에 있어서 섬유제품은 암막용 롤 브라인더용 원단, 커튼용 원단 및 인테리어용 원단 중에서 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유제품.
