Claims (4)
- 환자의 흉부에 착용되되, 상의 위에 착용되는 벨트(100);와상기 벨트(100)에 설치되어 환자의 피부와 비접촉되는 표면전극(111)과 이 표면전극(111)에서 감지된 전위차를 감지하는 활성전극(112)이 구비되어 심장 수축시 발생되는 심전도 값을 유도하는 심전도감지부(110);와환자의 팔뚝에 착용되어 심장 수축시 동맥 내부의 혈류량에 따른 혈압 및 맥박동을 감지하는 압박센서(151)가 구비되는 커프(Cuff)(150);와상기 심전도감지부(110)에서 유도된 심전도의 최대값과, 상기 압박센서(151)에 감지된 신호 중 상기 최대값과 대응되는 신호를 규합한 후, 두 값을 비교하여 상기 압박센서(151)에서 감지된 신호의 정상 여부를 판단하고 혈압 및 맥박을 산출하는 제어부(200); 및상기 커프(150)에 압력을 가하는 가압펌프(310) 및 상기 가압펌프(310)에 의해 발생된 압력을 제거하는 감압밸브(320)가 내부에 수용되는 본체(300);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트형 센서와 커프를 이용한 혈압 측정장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 벨트(100)에 구비되어 상기 심전도감지부(110)에 의해 유도된 심전도 값을 증폭하는 증폭부(120);와상기 증폭부(120)에 의해 증폭된 유도심전도 값의 노이즈를 제거하는 필터링 부(130);와상기 필터링부(130)에 의해 노이즈가 제거된 유도심전도 값을 디지털 값으로 변환하는 제1에이디컨버터(A/D Converter)(140); 및상기 커프(150)에서 감지된 혈압 및 맥박동 값을 디지털 값으로 변환하는 제2에이디컨버터(152);를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트형 센서와 커프를 이용한 혈압 측정장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제어부(200)는 상기 본체(300)의 내부에 설치되며,상기 제어부(200)에 의해 판단된 혈압 및 맥박 값 중 정상인 혈압 및 맥박 값이 시간별로 저장되도록 구비되는 타이머(210); 및 저장부(220);와상기 저장부(220)에 저장된 값을 디스플레이하는 디스플레이부(230);와상기 저장부(220)에 저장된 값을 인쇄하는 인쇄부(240);를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트형 센서와 커프를 이용한 혈압 측정장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 가압펌프(310)와 감압밸브(320)는 상기 타이머(210)에 세팅된 시간에 따라 주기적으로 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트형 센서와 커프를 이용한 혈압 측정장치.
