- 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 공중합체(EPDM) 20 ~ 40 중량%, 이소부틸렌 이소프렌고무 0.1 ~ 5 중량%, 실리콘(silicone) 고무 1 ~ 5 중량%, 에틸렌비닐아세테이트 1 ~ 10 중량%, 충전제 10 ~ 30 중량%, 실란커플링제 1 ~ 5 중량%, 산화방지제 0.1 ~ 2 중량%, 윤활제 5 ~ 15 중량%, 난연제 5 ~ 15 중량%를 포함하는 제 1 마스터배치 조성물을 숙성시킨 후, 황 0.01 ~ 1 중량%, 가황촉진제 0.1 ~ 5중량%, 발포제 5 ~ 15 중량%를 첨가하여 압출, 발포시킨 고내열성 고무발포단열재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 공중합체는 에틸렌 함량이 55 ~ 65 중량%이고, 5-에틸렌노보넨(ENB) 함량이 8 ~ 20 중량%, 무니점도(Mooney Viscosity(ML1+4@125℃))가 25 ~ 30, 중량평균분자량이 50000 ~ 60000인 것을 사용하고, 상기 실리콘 고무는 경화제 함량이 0.3~0.6phr, 비중이 1~1.5, 경도가 35~45, 인장강도가 5~9Mpa인 것을 사용하는 고내열성 고무발포단열재. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 충전제는 탈크, 카본블랙, 산화아연에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물인 고내열성 고무발포단열재. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 발포제는 아조디카본아마이드(Azodicarbonamide, ADCA), 아조디이소부틸로니트릴(ABBN), 디니트로소펜타메틸테트라아민(DNPT), 파라톨루엔설포닐하이드라지드(TSH) 및 옥시비스벤젠설포닐하이드라지드(OBSH)로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물인 고내열성 고무발포단열재. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 발포는 110 ~ 130℃로 가열하는 가류단계; 130 ~ 160℃로 가열하는 예비발포단계; 160 ~ 190℃로 가열하는 발포단계; 및 170 ~ 150℃로 온도를 낮추는 발포숙성단계로 이루어지는 고내열성 고무발포단열재. - 제 1항 내지 제 5항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 고내열성 고무발포 단열재는 겉보기밀도가 0.040 ~ 0.150g/㎤이고, 산소지수가 32%이상, 150℃에서 1시간 경과된 후의 가열치수 변화율이 7%이하, 인장강도가 15N/㎠ 이상인 고내열성 고무발포단열재. - a) 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 공중합체(EPDM) 20 ~ 40 중량%, 이소부틸렌 이소프렌고무 0.1 ~ 5 중량%, 실리콘(silicone) 고무 1 ~ 5 중량%, 에틸렌비닐아세테이트 1 ~ 10 중량%, 충전제 10 ~ 30 중량%, 실란커플링제 1 ~ 5 중량%, 산화방지제 0.1 ~ 2 중량%, 윤활제 5 ~ 15 중량%, 난연제 5 ~ 15 중량%를 혼합하여 제 1 마스터배치 조성물을 제조한 후, 숙성시키는 단계;
b) 상기 숙성된 제 1 마스터배치 조성물에 황 0.01 ~ 1 중량%, 가황촉진제 0.1 ~ 5중량%, 발포제 5 ~ 15 중량%를 첨가하여 제 2 마스터배치 조성물을 제조하는 단계;
c) 상기 제 2 마스터배치 조성물을 압출기에 투입하여 압출하는 단계; 및
d) 상기 압출물을 발포시키는 단계;

상기 발포공정은 110 ~ 130℃로 가열하는 가류단계; 130 ~ 160℃로 가열하는 예비발포단계; 160 ~ 190℃로 가열하는 발포단계; 및 170 ~ 150℃로 온도를 낮추는 발포숙성단계로 이루어지는 고내열성 고무발포단열재의 제조방법. - 제 7항에 있어서,
상기 a)단계에서 제 1 마스터배치 조성물 제조 시, 가압챔버에서 온도 160 ~ 180℃, 압력 5 ~ 10k/㎤으로 10 ~ 15분간 배합하는 것인 고내열성 고무발포단열재의 제조방법. - 제 7항에 있어서,
상기 a)단계에서 숙성은 실온에서, 48시간 이상 유지하는 것인 고내열성 고무발포단열재의 제조방법. - 제 7항 내지 제 10항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항의 제조방법에 의해 제조되어 겉보기밀도가 0.040 ~ 0.150g/㎤이고, 산소지수가 32%이상, 150℃에서 1시간 경과된 후의 가열치수 변화율이 7%이하, 인장강도가 15N/㎠ 이상인 고내열성 고무발포단열재.
