Claims (4)
- 하우징(35)에 오일탱크(33) 내의 오일이 채워지는 압축공간(8a)을 갖으며 실린더(11)의 내부에는 피스톤 로드를 갖는 에어 피스톤을 이동 가능하게 설치함과 동시에 실린더의 입구는 에어가 공급되는 에어공급공(34)을 갖는 커버(30)로 폐쇄하여 에어압력에 의해 에어 피스톤이 이동함에 따라 피스톤 로드가 압축공간(8a)에 있던 오일을 압축시켜 힘을 증폭하는 부스터에 있어서, 상기 실린더(11)의 중간을 구획함과 동시에 통공(21a)이 형성되며 일면에는 공간부(22)가 형성되도록 요입부를 갖는 격벽(21)과, 상기 격벽에 의해 구획된 제1공간(23)의 내부에 이동 가능하게 설치되는 제1에어 피스톤(24)과, 상기 제1에어 피스톤에 구비되어 압축공간(8a)의 내부에 있는 오일을 압축하는 제1피스톤 로드(25)와, 상기 격벽에 의해 구획된 제2공간(26)의 내부에 설치되어 에어압력에 의해 이동하는 제2에어 피스톤(27)과, 상기 제2에어 피스톤에 형성되어 통공(21a)을 통해 제1에어 피스톤(24)의 일면에 접속된 제2피스톤 로드(28)와, 상기 제2에어 피스톤(27) 및 제2피스톤 로드(28)를 관통함과 동시에 제1에어 피스톤(24)과의 접속면에 형성되어 제2에어 피스톤(28)의 이동 시 에어압력을 제1에어 피스톤(24)에 작용시키는 에어 공급공(29a)(29b)과, 상기 커버에 형성된 요입면(31)과, 상기 제1,2공간의 내부에 통하여지도록 형성되어 제1,2에어 피스톤이 복귀되도록 에어가 공급되는 에어공급공(32)으로 이루어져 압축된 에어가 에어공급공(34)을 통해 공급됨에 따라 제1,2에어 피스톤(24)(27)이 증폭된 힘으로 압축공간(8a) 내에 있던 오일을 압축시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 공 작기계의 스핀들용 부스터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제1에어 피스톤(24)과 맞닿는 제2피스톤 로드(28)에는 에어공급공(29b)이 "-" 또는 "+"형태로 절개되어 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계의 스핀들용 부스터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 실린더(11)를 수평으로 설치하고 오일탱크(36)는 수직으로 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계의 스핀들용 부스터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 실린더(11) 및 오일탱크(36)를 수직으로 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계의 스핀들용 부스터.
