Claims (5)
- 가정에서 소요되는 요구전력(Pd)을 연산하는 요구전력연산단계(S01);가정에서 소요되는 요구열량(Qd)을 연산하는 요구열량연산단계(S02);상기 요구전력연산단계(S01)와 요구열량연산단계(S02)에 의하여 연산된 요구전력(Pd)과 요구열량(Qd)에 따라 연료전지(11)에서 발전하게 되는 연료전지발전전력(Pfc)을 연산하는 발전전력연산단계(S03);상기 요구전력연산단계(S01)와 요구열량연산단계(S02)에 의하여 연산된 요구전력(Pd)과 요구열량(Qd)에 따라 연료전지(11) 및 개질기(12)에서 발생되는 연료전지발생열량(Qfc) 및 개질기발생열량(Qref)을 연산하는 발생열량연산단계(S04);요구전력(Pd), 연료전지발생열량(Qfc), 개질기발생열량(Qref)으로부터 연료전지운전비용(Cfc), 개질기운전비용(Cref), 냉각장치운전비용(Crej), 보조보일러운전비용(Cb)에 따른 전력추종운전비용(Ctot_p)을 연산하는 전기추종제어연산단계(S05);요구열량(Qd), 연료전지발전전력(Pfc)으로부터 연료전지운전비용(Cfc), 계통전력공급비용(Cgrid)에 따른 열추종운전비용(Ctot_q)을 연산하는 열추종제어연산단계(S06);상기 전기추종제어연산단계(S05)의 전력추종운전비용(Ctot_p)과 상기 열추종제어연산단계(S06)의 열추종운전비용(Ctot_q)을 비교/판별하여 전기추종제어 또는 열추종제어 중 어느 한 가지의 추종제어로 연료전지시스템이 제어되도록 하는 추종 제어판별단계(S07);가 포함되어 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가정용 연료전지시스템의 운전제어방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전기추종제어연산단계(S05)는,연료전지(11)에서 발생된 열량이 가정용열부하장치(21)에 이르기까지의 과정 중에 손실되는 연료전지손실열량(Qfc_loss)을 연산하는 연료전지손실열량연산단계(S051);개질기(12)에서 발생된 열량이 가정용열부하장치(21)에 이르기까지의 과정 중에 손실되는 개질기손실열량(Qref_loss)을 연산하는 개질기손실열량연산단계(S052);연료전지발생열량(Qfc)과 개질기발생열량(Qref)에서 연료전지손실열량(Qfc_loss)와 개질기손실열량(Qref_loss)을 제외한 발생총공급열량(Qtot)을 연산하는 발생총공급열량연산단계(S053);발생총공급열량(Qtot) 중에서 가정에서 요구되는 요구열량(Qd)을 제외한 편차열량(△Q)을 연산하는 편차열량연산단계(S054);편차열량(△Q)에 의하여 냉각장치(22) 또는 보조보일러(23)의 보조장치(24)가 작동되도록 하는 보조장치작동단계(S055);연료전지(11)의 운전에 소요되는 연료전지운전비용(Cfc), 개질기(12) 운전에 소요되는 개질기운전비용(Cref), 냉각장치(22)의 운전에 소용되는 냉각장치운전비용(Crej), 보조보일러(23)의 운전에 소요되는 보조보일러운전비용(Cb)을 연산하고, 이들의 합인 전력추종운전비용(Ctot_p)을 연산하는 전기추종비용연산단계(S056);가 포함되어 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가정용 연료전지시스템의 운전제어방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 보조장치작동단계(S055)는,편차열량(△Q)의 값이 "0"보다 큰 값이면 냉각장치(22)가 작동되도록 하거나, 편차열량(△Q)의 값이 "0"보다 작은 값이면 보조보일러(23)가 작동되도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가정용 연료전지시스템의 운전제어방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 열추종제어연산단계(S06)는,연료전지(11)에서 발생된 전력이 가정용전기부하장치(25)에 이르기까지의 과정 중에 손실되는 연료전지손실전력(Pfc_loss)을 연산하는 연료전지손실전력연산단계(S061);연료전지발생전력(Pfc)에서 연료전지손실전력(Pfc_loss)을 제외한 발생총공급전력(Ptot)을 연산하는 발생총공급전력연산단계(S062);발생총공급전력(Ptot) 중에서 가정에서 요구되는 요구전력(Pd)을 제외한 편차전력(△P)을 연산하는 편차전력연산단계(S063);편차전력(△P)에 의하여 계통전력공급장치(26)로부터 계통전력(Pgrid)가 공급되도록 계통전력공급단계(S064);연료전지(11)의 운전에 소요되는 연료전지운전비용(Cfc), 계통전력공급에 소요되는 계통전력소요비용(Cgrid)을 연산하고, 이들의 합인 열추종운전비용(Ctot_q)을 연산하는 열추종비용연산단계(S065);가 포함되어 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가정용 연료전지시스템의 운전제어방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 계통전력공급단계(S064)는,편차전력(△P)의 값이 "0"보다 큰 값이면 계통전력공급장치(26) 측으로 잉여전력이 공급되도록 하고, 편차전력(△P)의 값이 "0"보다 작은 값이면 계통전력공급장치(26) 측으로부터 계통전력(Pgrid)을 공급받도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가정용 연료전지시스템의 운전제어방법.
