Claims (12)
- 실내의 오염된 공기 중에 있는 미세입자를 하전시키고, 하전된 미세입자를 정전기력으로 집진하여 실내공기를 정화시키는 공기정화장치에 있어서,몸체(10)의 유입구(11)로 유입되는 실내의 오염된 공기 중에 포함되어 있는 미세입자를 하전시키도록 탄소섬유가 격자형태로 형성되어 공극을 가지도록 형성된 탄소섬유 직물(22)로 이루어진 이온발생기(21)와, 상기 이온발생기(21)에 고전압을 인가하는 전압인가장치(23)로 구성되는 이온화부(20)와;상기 이온화부(20)에서 하전된 미세입자를 정전집진기(31)로 집진하는 집진부(30)와;상기 몸체(10)의 유입구(11)로 실내 공기가 유입되어 배출구(12)로 배출되도록 하는 공기이동수단(40)을 포함하며,상기 이온발생기(21)는 오염된 공기가 탄소섬유 직물(22)을 통과하도록 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 탄소섬유 직물을 이용한 공기정화장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 이온발생기(21)는 직렬형태로 2개 이상이 설치되어 실내의 오염된 공기가 탄소섬유 직물(22)을 연속적으로 통과함을 특징으로 하는 탄소섬유 직물을 이용한 공기정화장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 정전집진기(31)는 이격되게 설치된 다수개의 집진판(32)과, 상기 집진판(32)에 고전압을 인가하는 전압인가장치(33)로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 탄소섬유를 이용한 공기정화장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 집진판(32)은 금속판 또는 플라스틱 판(32b)의 내측에 금속판(32a) 삽입되어 형성된 판 또는 플라스틱 판(32c)에 전도성 물질(32d)을 코팅하여 형성된 판 또는 탄소강화 플라스틱(CFRP) 판 중 어느 하나로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 탄소섬유를 이용한 공기정화장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 정전집진기(31)는 이격되게 설치된 Electret(정전)필터 판으로 이루어진 다수개의 집진판(32')으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 탄소섬유를 이용한 공기정화장치.
