Claims (20)
- 도전성 지지체 상에 감광층을 갖는 전자 사진 감광체에 있어서, 그 감광층이 하기 식 (1) 로 표시되는 화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 사진 감광체.(식 (1) 중, R1 은 키랄 중심을 갖는 기를 나타내고, R2 는 수소 원자, 치환기를 가지고 있어도 되는 알킬기, 또는 치환기를 가지고 있어도 되는 아릴기를 나타낸다. R3 및 R4 는 각각 독립적으로, 치환기를 가지고 있어도 되는 알킬렌기, 또는 치환기를 가지고 있어도 되는 아릴렌기를 나타내고, R5, R6, R7 및 R8 은 각각 독립적으로, 치환기를 가지고 있어도 되는 알킬기, 또는 치환기를 가지고 있어도 되는 아릴기를 나타내고, R5 ∼ R8 의 적어도 하나는 치환기를 갖는 아릴기이다.)
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 식 (2) 에 있어서의 R9, R10 및 R11 중 2 개가 치환기를 가지고 있어도 되는 알킬기이며, 1 개가 수소 원자인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 사진 감광체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 식 (1) 에 있어서의 R3 및 R4 가 페닐렌기이며, R5, R6, R7 및 R8 이 톨릴기 또는 자일릴기인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 사진 감광체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 감광층이 아조 안료를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 사진 감광체.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 감광층이 아조 안료를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 사진 감광체.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 감광층이 프탈로시아닌 안료를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 사진 감광체.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 감광층이 프탈로시아닌 안료를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 사진 감광체.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 프탈로시아닌 안료가 옥시티타늄프탈로시아닌인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 사진 감광체.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 프탈로시아닌 안료가 옥시티타늄프탈로시아닌인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 사진 감광체.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 감광층이 프탈로시아닌 안료를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 사진 감광체.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 감광층이 프탈로시아닌 안료를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 사진 감광체.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 프탈로시아닌 안료가 옥시티타늄프탈로시아닌인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 사진 감광체.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 프탈로시아닌 안료가 옥시티타늄프탈로시아닌인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 사진 감광체.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 전자 사진 감광체를 탑재하고, 그 전자 사진 감광체를 파장 380 ∼ 500㎚ 의 단색광에 의해 노광시켜 화상을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 장치.
- 제 5 항에 기재된 전자 사진 감광체를 탑재하고, 그 전자 사진 감광체를 파장 380 ∼ 500㎚ 의 단색광에 의해 노광시켜 화상을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 장치.
- 제 6 항에 기재된 전자 사진 감광체를 탑재하고, 그 전자 사진 감광체를 파장 380 ∼ 500㎚ 의 단색광에 의해 노광시켜 화상을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 장치.
- 제 9 항에 기재된 전자 사진 감광체를 탑재하고, 그 전자 사진 감광체를 파장 380 ∼ 500㎚ 의 단색광에 의해 노광시켜 화상을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 장치.
