Claims (5)
- 원수를 정수하여 순수와 초순수를 제조하는 정수 장치로서, 하우징 내에 물의 흐름을 제어하는 밸브와 펌프, 물을 정수하는 필터링 수단 및 정수된 물을 저장하는 저수탱크를 구비한 순수 및 초순수 제조 장치에 있어서,유입된 원수를 하나 이상의 필터를 사용하여 순수로 정제하는 순수제조모듈;상기 순수제조모듈에서 제조된 순수를 저장하는 저수탱크;상기 저수탱크에 저장된 순수를 공급받아 초순수로 정제하는 초순수제조모듈;상기 초순수제조모듈과는 연결되지 않고 상기 저수탱크에만 직접 연결되어 독립된 순환 경로를 형성하는 모듈로서, 순수를 살균 소독하는 자외선 체임버를 포함하고 상기 저수탱크에 저장된 순수를 공급받아 상기 자외선 체임버를 통해 살균 소독한 뒤 다시 저수탱크로 회수시키는 순수정화모듈;상기 저수탱크에 장착되어 저수탱크에 진동을 발생시키는 진동자;상기 저수탱크에 저장된 순수를 외부로 배출하기 위한 순수배출용 코크와 상기 초순수제조모듈에서 정제된 초순수를 외부로 배출하기 위한 초순수 배출용 취수구; 를 포함하며,상기 순수정화모듈과 상기 진동자는 타이머에 설정된 시간이 경과하면 동작이 개시되도록 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 순수 및 초순수 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진동자는 상기 저수탱크의 벽체에 부착되어 저수탱크에 직접 진동을 가할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 순수 및 초순수 제조장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 순수정화모듈에는 탈이온 필터가 더욱 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 순수 및 초순수 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징 내부 바닥에는 물과 접촉하는 경우 신호를 발생하는 누수감지센서가 더욱 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 순수 및 초순수 제조장치.
